Dr. Brown and his staff are nothing short of exceptional. Highly knowledgeable, processional and friendly.

He is an excellent physician who listens to his patients and develops a plan to help, then follows through and monitors the patient as needed.

I agree that Brown's office staff by far has the worst customer service and courtesy that I have ever experienced. I requested to have the doctor call ME and she took my name and number and had him call my sister in law. That transfer of information frightens me to think that the ininsolent nurse made her own decision. When I called to find out why I never received the call she said he called a family member. I said I knew that, it was my sister in law but I wanted to speak to the doctor. I couldn't believe she had the audacity to say "well didn't you talk to her?". How irresponsible can a "professional" be? Don't pick him as a provider, I wouldn't trust him with my dog! Also staff has some predisposed opinions about their patients taking their meds and has no clue what side effects a patient could have while taking them.

Dr. Brown has been a family doctor for my parents and family for many years. I called to express concerns about a issue I had and the first nurse chastised me for missing my last appointment explained that I had a change of insurance she completely ignored the reason why I called and just made a appointment and so I called back to again to speak to another nurse and reexplained my issue and was very rudely told "If i'm that concerned to go to the ER because i'm not a doctor" but I need my doctors permission to go to the ER for my insurance. Tried to explain that and that made her even more upset. Will not be going back. That's a shame because Dr.Brown is great to bad his staff could care less.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
