Dr bajala has ordered tests and pt before even knowing what my issue was! She seems to push meds and other tests! I waited today for almost five hours for a callback for a painful uti. I finally just went to an urgent care by my house! I will not be using dr bajala again, I will look for another primary care doctor that might care!!

Dr. Bajala canceled my appointment twice. The second was 5 days after the original, the third was 2 months after. Booted from my spot in line because Dr. Bajala wasn’t in the office.

Did not feel comfortable during the visit and did not feel reassured. Was not taken care of in the manner that was helpful. The visit caused more harm than good sadly.

I saw Dr. Bajala for the first time today. I am so happy with my visit! She expressed empathy for me, and provided reasons for each medication she recommended. She gave me clear directions for what to do between visits. She feels incredibly passionate and I feel as though I'm in good hands.

Dr. Bajaala left the practice on Mexico Road without informing her patients. I only found out when I tried to schedule a follow up appointment. In addition the office staff claimed to send a refill on my regular prescription. My pharmacy had no record of the prescription. My pharmacy is reliable and helps me contact the doctor for a refill. I believe my pharmacy. I think the staff at the Mexico Road office forgot to clear it from the send box. The office staff didn't even cover for Dr. Bajala with letters for who to see in the interim. Disgraceful.
