I see Lindsay at this office. Her and her assistant are so kind and friendly. I never have a long wait wait to be seen. They are very personable. Lindsay is an awesome PA and very knowledgeable in dermatology.
The best doctors, mid levels and staff around. They're so sweet and understanding. I wouldn't know what to do with my skin if I didn't have them for my care team! Absolutely love them.
My experience with Dr. Nikoleta Brankov and her assistant, Jamie, was defined by a total lack of professionalism, basic courtesy, and medical transparency. The issues began the moment I was called back. While another patient was greeted warmly by their nurse, Jamie failed to acknowledge me entirely. She didn't say hello, how are you, or anything. She began walking away immediately, and I had to chase her to find the correct room. When we got to the patient room, the cold atmosphere continued. Jamie asked for my pharmacy, and when I explained that I had recently moved and hadn't established one yet, she responded by rolling her eyes and stating that she "needed one for the records." The lack of respect for my privacy and presence was equally concerning. Dr. Brankov entered the room without knocking, a trend that continued throughout the visit. Shortly after, the door swung open again unexpectedly as Jamie re-entered. At one point, Dr. Brankov requested lotion samples; when Jamie returned, she didn't hand them to me or set them on a table—she simply tossed them onto my personal jacket behind me. The most jarring part of the visit occurred when Dr. Brankov abruptly stood up and walked out in the middle of our conversation. She offered no closing remarks, such as "goodbye" or "do you have any other questions?" Jamie followed her out, leaving me sitting alone under the impression the doctor would return. Moments later, Jamie came back and tossed a stack of papers in my direction, stating I was "good to go." When I expressed confusion and mentioned I still had questions, the interaction became hostile: Jamie: "Your appointment is over." Me: "But I still have more questions." Jamie: "You already asked a lot of questions. The doctor already gave you seven diagnoses." I must note that the paperwork I received had two notes written - both of which were preexisting conditions. "Seven diagnoses" feels like a defensive exaggeration. When I pointed out that I had been in the room for less than ten minutes, Jamie informed me that "Dr. Brankov has a 10-minute time limit per patient because she is very busy." Jamie then left the room, not directing me how to proceed, whether I needed to regarding scheduling a follow-up appointment, checking out etc. I had to find another nurse to see the building exit. I was never informed of a strict time limit, nor does a busy schedule excuse the treatment I received - no acknowledgement, the eye-rolling, the shoving of papers, and the tossing of medical samples at me. Disgusting behavior from both parties.
I have been trying to reach this business for months.. I had an appointment to check melanoma spots.. what progressed was an examination of barnacles & imperfections on my face.. I requested during the appointment a procedure to freeze off a “barnacle” on my face on 5/18.. despite following the care directions thoroughly.. the spot on my cheek is significantly worse. This spot I assumed was basil cell carcinoma.. because I have family history is now a larger bump - that was passed off by a doctor that completed the frozen procedure ( I do not recall the name of) - is now a solid white protrusion on my face as a 34yr old… after 3 months. There is no way for me to contact them during business hours because of my work schedule and all I want is the medical waiver as my insurance - that is in network - does not cover the procedure.. I will not be paying as this office caused me more harm. Additionally - I went to them in October of 2025.. I received new insurance in November.. their office management failed me & even though my previous insurance and current insurance ARE IN NETWORK I had to pay out of pocket for their mishandling of simple input tasks. This establishment has charged me out of pocket for their negligence, this establishment has scarred my face.
I started off seeing Dr Wang saw him several times then got switched to one of his fledgling she has taken almost a year on my psoriasis and it is still not cleared up, she also was to burn off a couple of places on my lower back but now I have scabes which should of long dropped off, now they itch and drive me nuts. Why is it these doctors get to many patients and have to shift their load and how do they decide who gets to see them all the time?!
Pleasant experience all the way around.
I called on 4/22/26 to schedule an appointment. I was scheduled for 5/28/26. I arrived on time for my visit. I was told that I had missed my appointment that it was scheduled for 4/28/26. I was told at the time I scheduled I would be considered a new patient since it had been a few years since I had been there and the soonest they could get me in would be 5/28/26. Also, how many dermatologists or any specialized doctors do you call and are able to get in within a few days? They obviously screwed up. To make matters worse they said the doctor I was scheduled for was no longer there and they said they sent me a message saying as much. They never sent me a message. I checked and double checked. No email message and no text message. I took off work so I could go to this appointment. Now I am out a vacation day and I have to find a new doctor because I certainly will not be going back to Dermatological Care. What a waste of time.
Update and edit: I have changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars based on how this was handled. Nancy the office manager has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out. The doctor my review is about does not represent this office and the rest of the staff. They simply have a bad apple. This doctor Nikoleta Brankov cares more about being a social media influencer rather than a good doctor. I am writing this review to highlight a very conflicting experience. On one hand, the nursing staff and front-desk receptionists are wonderful. They are kind, professional, and were incredibly sweet and supportive to my wife during a difficult moment. Unfortunately, the experience with Dr. Nikoleta Brankov was the complete opposite. The doctor was dismissive, condescending, and belittling, ultimately leaving my wife in tears. It is disappointing to see such a high level of care from the staff undermined by a complete lack of bedside manner and respect from the physician. We have spoken with the office manager and filed a formal complaint. While we appreciate the staff's kindness, we will not be seeing this doctor again. If you visit this practice, I highly recommend requesting a different provider.
I'm shocked they have anything less than 5 stars. Excellent office staff and doctor. They got me in and addressed all my concerns timely and efficiently. Ive been to another well known dermatologist in Arnold and this was by far way better. If you're looking for a new dermatologist I'd say get yourself established here!
Dr. Daniel Tinker and his staff are amazing. I have been dealing with a skin condition for the past several years, have been to multiple dermatologist that have not helped. I could tell Dr. Tinker actually cared and assured me we will get this fixed right. Highly recommend from the office staff to nurse assistant to the doctor. VERY HAPPY

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
