Oddly, it was one of the few times I went in with a positive attitude, and I saw it when I believed it, from the very beginning Steven a med student gave the best lidocaine shots ever meaning I never felt a thing never after that it was just arranging myself so the doctor could do his his best which is phenomenal. We had to go back in a second time, but still, nothing was felt the only thing that could’ve improved the situation if they had a huge buffet in the weight room in between surgeries would do it again in a New York second and considering my love of the sun, I probably will but everything was numbed other than not having a full buffet in the waiting room, I can’t think of a thing to change the experience more positively.

Waited 45 mins to see Gardner. 8 wk follow up for a cyst removal on my face. He walks in and says it’s beautiful. I told him there was occasionally pus coming out of it. He didn’t touch my face or feel the hard knots under the incision. He said it was healing nicely and it was beautiful. Told me it would be another 2 months before the sutures dissolved. 4 months?? And he left. 3 minutes top. Skip this guy if you’re looking for a compassionate physician that is attentive and interested in your wellbeing.

The offices of this medical group do not answer their phones, messages say to leave a message, but loops into the same message. Doesn't give the opportunity to leave a message.

My husband and I made appts together to have screenings for skin cancer. The appts were conveniently together, on time and thorough. Dr. Gardener and his staff were friendly and informative. 2 biopsies were performed in office and one was found to be cancerous. Procedure to remove the area by “MOH’s”procedure was done in office In 1 attempt and was painless. We were both very happy with the total process. Would highly recommend Dr. Gardner and his office staff that made the whole experience actually enjoyable. Thanks!

Dr. Gardner is a tremendous doctor. I had a problem with a finger and thanks to Dr. Gardner I'm doing much better. I had anxiety before the procedure and he listened to my concerns and was helpful to answer my questions and allay my fears. He has a superb staff. I did have a problem with my bandage and the staff allowed me to come in with no appointment and get it changed the same day. Excellent service.

UPDATE: DR GARNER did NOT respond to first review. Taking the high road by calling out the reviewer? Is that what you do with patients? Not all reviews are bad, the good ones I prefer to do in person or letters to employee supervisor, business, etc. Thank you very much. Stay away!!! Besides having a horrible experience 4 years ago this is one of the most condescending doctors I've ever seen. He needs to learn how to listen and actually look at the problem area. After being told there was nothing there he said he could do a biopsy. Why would he do that if he didn't see anything? I did have a biopsy done by a doctor that actually examined it and listened and there was a yeast infection which could turn very serious. At the time his reviews were how he was kind of biopsy crazy where he would do them whether there was a reason or not and that besides his attitude turned me away completely. I think he enjoys bringing a few of his staff in to take notes for him while he treats the patient horrible to show that he has power of some kind. Condescending, rude, dismissive and needs to seriously work on his bedside manner. I wouldn't trust this man to get a splinter out and thanks to him this condition got a lot worse because I was told there was nothing there even though I could see it and others could too that weren't in the medical field.Way to go Dr Garner

Dr. Gardner is a caring, concerned doctor who takes the time to listen and also asks great questions. The treatments he’s prescribed for me seem to be working well and I feel comfortable and confident with his plan. He is Board Certified and holds several professional accreditations and memberships and really “knows his stuff.” His assistants and office staff all seem happy to be there, and are friendly and professional. I’ve seen patients here from kids through seniors; all appear welcome. One note, you will pay a surcharge to cover processing costs if you don’t pay by cash or check. You can always submit to your HSA for reimbursement later if you wish.

Generally good experience. Dr. Gardner might have been having an "off" day, and his demeanor could have been more friendly. However procedure went well and there were no issues. Probably not the place for those who need a lot of TLC, but medical care was very good.

Receptionist, medical assistant and Dr Gardner listens intently about my concerns and how to achieve my goals for better skincare and appearance. I am thankful for their service and support

The front desk staff are super friendly and nice. My favorite part about this place. However, this is not a good dermatology for skin of color. I was on the wrong medication for over two months. after having a skin biopsy, I was told that I needed to see an allergist. So basically I spent 150 plus for 5 visits and they still did not know with two months of them having me on a pill I did not need. The visit is 150 but lasts 5 minutes. They do not explain in detail so you leave even more clues than you came. I told Shearmsb on my second visit that the pill was not working and she Shook her shoulders. as if she was saying oh well. Anyway, don’t make the same mistake as me I was desperate, and I felt like I had nowhere else to Turn. My advice is if your skin is of color. Avoid this place altogether. However, if you do decide to use this If you’re feeling unsure after the first visit, do not go back here find another And get a second opinion
