Edward Levy's Online Review Report Card

On June 23, 2019 Dr. Levy performed a procedure on me and everything was great with what he did.Now his staff is lazy I have the best insurance In the world I have tri-care for life and I have my Medicare which covers the 80 and 20% what they did was incorrect coding wasn’t done coded properly the $650 that was owed to the doctor was turn into collections and put on my credit, because they were too lazy to re-code the proper code to get paid. Medicare and Tricare for life said this was a mistake the doctors office staff still would not coded properly so therefore the doctor get five stars the staff received one star because I don’t think they were very accommodating to doing what was been doing done when I’ve had $500,000 worth of surgeries done and everybody got paid because they knew how to code.If you are not sure about something double check your credit because their staff is lazy they were turned around and turn it over to the collection agency and put it on your credit even with excellent credit.The doctor has great bedside manner the staff don’t know what they’re doing so you do what you think is best for you but I’m telling you right now it’s showing collection on my credit and that is terrible I will continue to put out reviews on TripAdvisor a Google yelp and every other place that I have to because this is very unprofessional of the staff learn your job do your job.Gloria Russell~

He is a great Dr. very personal and his office support is very friendly as well!

I already have recommended Dr Levy to several people. He has helped me very much by working with my bladder issues & it’s been remarkable! I’m so glad I found him! He is a GEM!!

I have had multiple female surgeries with other drs & I am SO HAPPY & GRATEFUL I found Dr Levy! He is the MOST COMPASSIONATE & CARING Dr that truly CARES about his patients! He listens to u without rushing u, he is always prompt, never had to wait for an appt or sit in a room full of patients wondering when will it b my turn! He also has the BEST gals working for him! They make u feel at ease & as all of us gals know, we dread any female appts!! Lol So THANK YOU DR LEVY, just wish I had met u sooner!! 🤗⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star dr for sure!! Ty from the bottom of my heart! It was very good! He is a super dr that’s caring & compassionate. He doesn’t rush u, he answers your questions. U never have to wait, he is very prompt. His office gals r very sweet too & helpful!

I've been going to Metro ObGyn for 20 years now and seeing Dr. Levy. He has delivered all three of my boys and some surgeries along the way. The front and back office staff are amazing and never a long wait for your appointment. He listens, is concerned, cares, and is very knowledgeable.

Awful office all the way around. The front desk snickers and gossips loudly about pts who are calling in. I heard multiple HIPAA violations from them. Truly disgusting to have such immaturity in a medical professional setting. Dr. Levys nurse is also rude and not welcoming at all. I've been cut off while speaking at this office, I've been belittled for my personal beliefs, and I've been the one who's had to advocate for myself when it comes to testing. Dr. Levy himself is no better. He shows no interest in the situation at hand and continuously has brushed me and my concerns off over the years. Even implying I had caused a issue with my IUD falling out! I have found a new doctor at Mercy and he and his staff are the complete opposite of this nightmare office. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! I have friends who have seen Levy/used this office and all have had similar feedback. In a profession where empathy, listening, and understanding is so vital with the sensitive situations that are being dealt with, this office has completely failed.

Dr. Levy is amazing at what he does. He has great bedside manners and is all around an awesome Dr. - He always makes every visit comfortable, answers any and all questions I have, and always makes sure I’m doing okay mentally and physically. I have has him for both of my pregnancies - both have been rough, and he has always been reassuring and does everything he can to make sure everything is perfect for me. Definitely recommend him if you’re looking for someone who listens to you, is sincere/kind, and is good at their job.

Every visit and procedure has been done professionally and perfectly. The staff is amazing. Dr. Levy really takes the time to listen to his patients.
