What a blessed experience! First at Washington university in St. Louis, My elderly parents were helped out of the car at the front door. As we slowly walked into the clinic, I read at the entrance, a sign that essentially noted that all race, creed, gender, religion, disabilities, monies were welcome. No bias. I knew instinctively we were finally in the right place. As for Dr. Geltman?, well he was first a gentleman, humble, exuded presence with my father, (who is deaf/ hearing impaired). He was the first of VERY FEW doctors I have seen to pull his mask down so my father could read his lips.Those that are hearing impaired are normally very vulnerable, seemingly confused, and overlooked. Hearing impaired patients use all of their other senses which are amplified from the normal hearing patients. My father’s heart condition was first “caught “ in 2020. He later on would be seen and evaluated by multiple cardiologists, pulmonologists, CHF specialists, located in two states who were unable to put the puzzle together. After thorough assessment and discussion, Dr.Geltman quickly had a plan, and 3 NEW diagnosis. My parents and myself, walked out of his office and took a big sigh of relief, with a plan in place and confidence of no worries ahead other than to “get well.” Medical and Holistic wellness is what I observed . There was one local cardiologist , Dr. Sanjay Bose , whom is also a brilliant/compassionate man, who believed in me, and my gut instinct, that my father was still very sick and referred us. My family and self will be forever grateful. Always remember… a good physician will refer if they do not have the resources at their facility or are unable to complete the diagnose(s). To finish off, Dr. Geltman is indeed a gifted, compassionate human being that does, “good works.” St.Louis has been blessed along surrounding states. I cannot say thank you enough. Namaste. Has been providing excellent care for over 10 years. I highly recommend him and his nursing staff.

Dr. Geltman and his nurses, Lana and Sandy are EXCEPTIONAL human beings and very knowledgeable and courteous. The care is top notch!! I prefer the West County office because it seems less chaotic that the CAM office. The receptionst that checked me in could be a tad bit more friendly. The receptionist that checked me out was very nice.

He calls himself a Heart Success Doctor instead of a Heart Failure Doctor. His positive attitude and attention to his patients is refreshing. His team runs like a well oiled machine and the patients well being is always the primary focus (as it should be). Highly recommend to anyone with Heart Failure.

IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO EXPLAIN WHAT YOU ARE DOING WITH FAMILY BEFORE PERFORMING YOUR PRACTICE, NOT A GOOD PRACTICE !
