List of Erin Kathleen Buckley's Reviews
I had a very poor experience with Dr. Buckley's office and was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the prenatal care I received. The only redeeming aspect of my care was how nice and friendly Dr. Buckley and her MA are in person. The lowest point followed my 28-week ultrasound which showed my baby's abdomen measuring on the smaller end; this warranted a follow-up 32-week ultrasound. Dr. Buckley told me if we weren't seeing appropriate growth, I may need to schedule an appointment with the high-risk clinic. At my 32-week appointment, Dr. Buckley, assured me she would let me know via phone call or message on MyMercy that night about the results of my ultrasound. I didn't hear back from her for 5 days- an entire weekend I spent worrying and anxious that I would need to start seeing a new doctor at a high-risk office. I had messaged her twice on MyMercy and called once during that time before hearing back as well. Some other issues I faced while receiving care here: -No idea what I was getting done at each appointment until I was sitting on the exam table -Getting locked out of the office at one appointment because they closed before I could give them my urine sample following my ultrasound per their instructions -Two additional charges on my credit card from this office that I successfully disputed -Left a voicemail review AND messaged Dr. Buckley on MyMercy about all my frustrations in the office that were both ignored The final straw? I gave birth via c-section on a Tuesday night, was discharged on Saturday, and never once saw Dr. Buckley. Dr. McNeive delivered me, and I received care from Dr. Padratzik the entire week. From my knowledge, Dr. Buckley was not out of town. Also, she had no appointments available in the weeks after my delivery, so my follow-up appointment was with a new NP that I had never seen.
Dr.Buckley is the best she delivered my first boy she made me feel so comfortable..answered any questions that I had and now that I'm pregnant with baby #2 I wouldn't pick anyone else to deliver him!
I cannot speak enough of Dr. Buckley's bed side manner and helping skills. She is incredibly kind, patient, and enthusiastic about her job. She will be delivering my first child and I could not ask for a better Ob. She goes above and beyond with information, counseling, and general care for her patients. Looooooveeee her!
Refused treatment for being late when the parking lot was full and had to wait for a space. Hospital front desk said they had never heard of a patient being turned away for being 10 min late except when an office was closing. I wasted an hour out of my day to go to an appointment that I will have to go to again in a month.Treated poorly by the doctor as well as the office front desk.
Dr. Buckley was excellent. She took plenty of time & was willing to discuss options with me. Would recommend highly !
Very personable and easy to talk to. She made me very comfortable during my first visit.
Loved my experience with Dr. Buckley, and I seriously wouldn’t want anyone else to deliver my babies. She took her time to answer my questions and made me excited instead of nervous about the whole process. She was always positive, professional, and present at every appointment. When my husband joined our appointments, she thoughtfully included him in the conversation and answered his questions too. When it was time to deliver, she was there in minutes, and things couldn’t have gone any better! Dr. Buckley was a great coach and very positive the whole time. I’m not one to write reviews about many things but I just had to write one about Dr. Buckley because of how truly great she is as an OB.
I highly recommend her. She has been so patient and passionate about my care and feelings throughout my procedures and visits.
Dr. Buckley puts her personal beliefs ahead of the care of her patients. She refuses to provide tubal ligation(s) and or hysterectomies to patients who she deems to be "too young, and have not had enough children," she also looks to the patient's partner for permission to perform such procedures - a patient's bodily autonomy should always be respected and NOT seen as something only your spouse or physician have say over. Dr. Buckley will deny a patient permanent sterilization based on her own beliefs, she also refuse to refer you to a provider who will perform these procedures, and in some cases she will lead on pregnant individuals by making them believe she will perform the procedure and then wait to refuse them said procedure once it's too late find another physician - ultimately denying her patients their bodily autonomy and preventing these patients from receiving the tubal ligation/hysterectomy /permanent sterilization they had requested and had been made to believe they would receive. She doesn't want her patients to regret their choices to have these procedures done later on in their lives. I can definitely say our biggest regret is not choosing a better physician than Dr. Buckley.
Dr. Buckley is an amazing lady. I'm very picky about my doctors but she makes you feel at ease. She delivered my daughter on December 12, 2020. Dr. Buckley had told me she would be the 1st to hold my daughter and she was right. I'm very happy with the office and the people there.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
