I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Adade and her nursing staff today.

I was so excited to have found a great doctor. Dr. Adade wasn't very friendly, but she ran tests that no other doctor had before. I figured that I'm not going to her for her personality. My results immediately came back on MyChart. I called the office twice, and was told that the nurse would call once all of my tests came back. Dr. Adade sent a message on the app that we would discuss my results in 3 months. I responded to her, and have not received a response yet. My results need to be addressed immediately. Not in 3 months. I will be looking for a new doctor now.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Adade and her nursing staff today. She was incredibly thorough and even took the time to dig into my family’s medical history which was outside of what I presented for. It was obvious she cares about her patients and their medical care. I am very pleased with my visit, the treatment plan she created for me, and the follow up care she recommended. I couldn’t have asked for more from my visit with Dr. Adade.

I was very sorry to lose my primary care physician when she had to leave her practice due to COVID. She referred me to Dr. Adade, however, and I have been very pleased. She has proved to be extremely thorough and attentive, and never fails to follow up on things we discussed in our previous visit. I feel she genuinely cares, and that I'm in good hands.

If you would like your physician to actually follow up with you and answer your questions after tests and studies like most doctors do, I would suggest going to a different doctor. You can't even ask for follow up procedures questions, they will make you make an appointment with them to even ask follow up questions. Assistants and front desk people are all very nice, polite and professional though!

I am very saddened that I even had to write this review. I am not pleased with the care I was not given. She showed no concern about my situation. My first visit I thought I had finally found a decent doctor. Seems like alot of these doctors want money, don't want to talk you, but have their staff relay messages even if you wish to speak with your doctor. I dont believe that a doctor cant set aside time to call a patient back. Why be in this profession if you aren't going to be genuine and show that you care. Actions speak. As a African American women I expected more from one that has credentials behind her name. I wish those in her care the best. I know for sure I will not be going back.

Very detailed first visit. I was very pleased with her and the whole office staff.

Dr Ester Adade MD, She buys Over $300 worth of beads from me to use it for her business to create waist beads then turn around and file a claim with her credit card company American Express and said the beads were defective, She then keeps the beads and gets her money back , How can a doctor from Africa operate like that,

Dr. Adade has provided excellent service and care. I am very pleased with her ability to leverage technology so the patient has the ability to look at all of the lab work and help us understand what the levels mean. I feel that she has great bedside manner and answered all of my questions and provided me advice due to my risk factors due to my race and age. I look forward to learning more about my health during my next visit.
