Great doctor I have really enjoyed having Dr Walters as my urologist. He never feels rushed and he will personally review my scans. He is always discussing the case with his colleagues for second opinions and I like the collaborative environment. He also gives great explanations of my condition in ways I can easily understand.

Visited for bladder cancer He has Al way been very caring and explains thins completely!! I’ve been going to him for 20 YEARS AND HE WAS NEVER ARROGANT OR UNCARING!!! Absolutely recommend him because this year my cytoplasmic showed some signs of possible reoccurring cancer and I’m thankful he will be in my corner again!!!

Obviously the other reviews you'll see here for Dr. Walters are a few years old. Take them with a grain of salt. Hardly anyone leaves reviews for doctors on Google unless it's to mention a particularly bad experience. The nurse kindly asked me to leave a review, and I feel like Dr. Walters deserves one. In short, the experience was simple and professional. I had a vasectomy, and everything was made very clear during communication from the first appointment and throughout the procedure. Dr. Walters was quick and I am left feeling I went to the right doctor for this procedure. There isn't much else to say. Dr. Walters did his job efficiently, and I have only praise to give for my experiences with him. Whether or not he is a good doctor for you to visit regarding concerns other than vasectomies, I cannot comment. Hopefully this review helps you come to a decision or feel at ease for a choice you've made.

I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. He is very arrogant and disrespectful. Did not ask any questions about my lifestyle or what may be the cause of my problems. Just wanted to diagnose whether he could make money from my insurance or not. Once he found out he couldn’t he was even more disrespectful and condescending towards me. He speaks very loud and must not be aware that his patients can hear what he says about them to the nurses. I made the mistake of trying a Mercy doctor. In the future I’ll be sticking with BJC for my medical needs.

Appointment was at 2 got called in about 2:30 was told to give a urine sample and go to room,they didn't bother explaining where to leave sample Nurse came in 20 mins later took my vitals and BP was 190/130 which is way high for me so the nurse says this pressure machine is really old and could be wrong!!She went and got a different one which gave a different reading.Dr Walters had no interest in answering any questions i tried to explain why l thought my psa was high he was not interested in hearing it at all , seemed to be in a hurry,staff was NOT friendly or happy at all and seemed to be complaining about things in front of patients,was given the wrong paperwork to fill out when i got there This was my 1st visit to an urologist and it was horrible

Dr. Walters is Straight-forward. No beating around the bush ( which I like in a doctor). He ask if you have any questions if not he will give you his own question following a answer to that question. Very thorough showing and explaining your diagnosis to you . Over all, he seems like a good man with a good hart. And I thank the Good Lord would agree to. ??
