My husband was a patient of Dr. Mindels for quite a few years. He always took great care of him. He took the time explaining things and answering my questions no matter how dumb they sounded. He even came to the hospital after hours to check on him. He has seen all the kidney doctors from the office many times, being that he was in the hospital a lot. All very professional, patient, and caring. We couldn't have asked for a better group of doctors. We were blessed. Unfortunately my husband passed recently . His body just was tired and gave up. I am so thankful for Dr Mindel, Dr. Larson and Dr. Seltzer Bless them all.

I have been seeing him for about two years now. I’m in stage 3 kidney disease. I was scared to death when I first found out but he was very reassuring. I’m 69 and he told me I’d probably die before I’d ever have to go on dialysis. I couldn’t help but laugh. He’s reassuring, he explains everything extremely well, he is caring. He’s a very gentle man. I am so lucky to have found him!

Dr. Mindel has provided excellent care, great bedside manner but more importantly he’s an extremely bright doctor. It’s very reassuring to have such a competent person working on your behalf.

His care is excellent however, his staff Missy informed me she was unable to schedule me and appointment to get refills for high blood pressure for 3 months out. I asked office staff Missy what am I to do in the meantime abs I to get sick and die. She replied " I guess you will die then. Made a complaint to the state board and somehow Missy is still working there after informing me of that. I WOULD Not recommend kept me on steroids for years until all of my joints were replaced.

Dr. Mindel is amazing. I had recurrent kidney stones for three years and now I haven't had one in four years! Thankful for his expertise.

Dr. Mindel was perfectly on time and then spent 2 hours in the room with us on our initial appointment getting a thorough history and discussing our treatment plan. I'm not sure any doctor has ever given so much attention to detail. It was incredible...he gives the medical field a good name!
