Graham Tyler Foster's Online Review Report Card

My husband and I tested + for Covid. Dr Foster immediately prescribed life saving medication for me, keeping me out of the hospital. My husband’s doctor did not provide treatment, consequently I lost him, the love of my life, my partner, my friend.

I have been searching for this doctor since my PC passed away 6 years ago. This man listens & evaluates whatever condition it is. Never leaving you second guessing. I recommend this doctor to everyone who is looking for a doctor for whatever needs you have.

Unfortunately this was NOT a good experience. He came highly recommended by a family member. We are new in town. I could go back to my old doc but he wasn’t taking new patients so my fiancé needed a doc and we went with the referral. We got there 20 mins early and the staff- though nice- couldn’t find the appointment but they remembered talking to him when he booked it. The docs bedside manner was fair. He was so busy ordering tests that he did t really answer my fiancé’s questions. He called in his prescriptions but several were left off and the clerks were useless- had to call them FOUR times and still the medication wasn’t right. He called back and asked for the doctor to call him back as he wanted to address what happened. The assistant gave him the run around because she said she didn’t need another bad review. Too late for that. Wish I had her name but the all sucked and of course the doctor didn’t call back- no use in going back there - now looking for another physician. If I could give -5 stars I would.

I absolutely received no care from this Doctor. He never listened and told me on the first visit to stop talking because it was to much.. He wrote my records incorrrectly and never got anything right.. I wonder how he ever got through medical school

We had a really good first experience at this office. The nurse was really sweet and professional. Dr. Foster exceeded my expectations for a male doctor -- he was very attentive, listened carefully, and explained things clearly and thoroughly. He was able to help my husband with an issue our previous doctor basically ignored. We definitely trust him with our care.

Bad bedside manners, needs more Internship

I made an appointment to see Dr. Foster on 1/13/21 for 1/26/21 at 3:00pm, when I arrived 20 minutes early I was told that the staff did not enter me in for an appointment although they did change my address and phone number in their system. Very disappointed. The staff member could not reschedule me until February 8th. Dr. Foster came highly recommended but I assume good help is difficult to find!

I have never been treated so poorly at a doctor's office. Due to the disrespect of the front office staff, I will be changing providers. When I walked in for my appointment today, there were no directions for check in or a sign in sheet.
