Bad bedside manners, needs more Internship

I WAS a new patient, first off his bedside manner is on and off, he is judgemental about ur health history as a whole or just maybe certain people. i was in pain in a couple areas of my body upon arrival and he thought I was faking!! He questioned my strengths/my inability at the time during a physical test whereas I pushed down with my foot onto his hand, I couldn't push very much due to paining, so he asked me in a insensitive way, "Are u not tryna push?" In so many words he will tell u he's out for money. He entered the room 30-40 mins late, barely wants to see documents that u bring, try's to leave the room as u hv more questions. I waited almost 3weeks for this office visit, and was brushed off, it was a total waste of time. He is a new school younger Doc whom needs to be re-trained in cust srvc/bedside manners so he can humanely service his new/all patients (since he wants to except new pts). he also needs a little more shadowing of Great Veteran docs to really get the feel of how to conduct yourself professionally with pts. MYbe he should hv been a veterinarian??? Mercy Org normally has great doctors, if ur not familiar with him, dont waste ur money or time!! Seriously!! Also the one star rating was given to be able to post this, so the star goes to the Doc for washing his hands when he entered the room, which is a huge deal

I made an appointment to see Dr. Foster on 1/13/21 for 1/26/21 at 3:00pm, when I arrived 20 minutes early I was told that the staff did not enter me in for an appointment although they did change my address and phone number in their system. Very disappointed. The staff member could not reschedule me until February 8th.Dr. Foster came highly recommended but I assume good help is difficult to find!

I have never been treated so poorly at a doctor's office. Due to the disrespect of the front office staff, I will be changing providers. When I walked in for my appointment today, there were no directions for check in or a sign in sheet. I waited in front of the glass doors and one of the women at the front desk held up her hand like I shouldn't speak. The same worker then looked up at me like I was a big inconvenience to her and told me to sit down and they would check me in when they had a minute. This alone took me by surprise to be welcomed in such a rude and impolite manner. A few minutes later I was called up, got checked and was told a nurse would be out shortly to get me. A few minutes after that, the front desk worker said they had to reschedule me because I checked in late. This was after I had to wait several minutes for them to check me in. During this time, the nurse came out to get me for my appointment and the two front desk workers said "No, don't take that patient." I was in such disbelief and shock to be treated this way. It is such a shame, because I have enjoyed going to Dr. Foster, but after today I will be finding a new primary doctor.

Dr. Foster has always been awesome. I seriously doubt the bad review is real. I bet it is someone out to get him.
