Went to see Dr. Eminajulo Adekoya for what appeared to be a urinary infection. He gave me a cursory check over and prescribed a medicine to increase flow. NO URIN Sample requested. 5 days later I am in the ER with an infection that had spread to my bladder and testicles. E-Coli level over 100,000. ER Dr. gave me a heavy antibiotic prescription. ER visit cost us over $6,000. I contacted Dr. Adekoya's (part of Mclennan practice) office and got sorry you did not have a good experience. Mercy said the same. Followup doctors and ER staff all said we could have avoided the misery and major expense if only Dr. Adekoya would have done the normal urine sample. NO MORE MERCY. What horrible service and attitude to their patients. Oh and do not think they actually do anything with they're "please email us so we can reach out" They do nothing.

Dr McClennan is a wonderful doctor! He takes time to explain and answer all questions! He has a fabulous bedside manner , compassionate with a great sense of humor! He is skilled and professional and always responds quickly to messages! Mercy is fortunate to have him on staff!

I had Dr. McLennan 3 years ago for a procedure, very easy going and puts you at ease. Fast forward to this week, I was in the ER with a 7mm kidney stone, ER sent over referral to Dr. MClennan per my requested urologist. While he is always a busy man, he fit me in last minute to schedule a consult with a physician assistant, and scheduled the procedure next day to break up the stone. I have relief now and I appreciate him juggling things to get me in and make me comfortable with minimal pain as quickly as he did. Not out of the woods but on a smoother road thanks to him.

Dr Mclennan has been my urologist for several years now. I traveled a lot for work and found myself in Saudi Arabia with kidney stones. Dr Mclennan was my guy. I immediately called him for a consult. he took my call even though it was the middle of the night in St. Louis. He went as far as calling the surgeon in Saudi Arabia that was scheduled to remove my Kidney stone, he followed up with the hospital and also with me to see how i was doing. one day after returning home he saw me in his office and found that the surgeon there DID NOT remove all the stones. Mclennan rocks. he is very personable and takes the time to listen in a day an age where Drs are pushed to their limits by Hospitals and insurance. Would recommend him to anyone without a doubt!

The Doctor lost me as a patient for over 3 years and blamed me for missing unscheduled appointments from his office while he was filling controlled substance prescriptions that now seem to have caused me harm according to my other 2 Doctors in the same medical system , My Mercy. He blames me for getting his prescriptions refilled for 3 years with out seeing him. He blames me for him giving me 3 years of refills instead of his office policy. Terrible Doctor. Get another referral. He also did nothing for my issue I was sent there for. Be prepared to pay $ every 6 months or he will not look at your blood tests from your family Dr. Unless you pay to go to his office. He is a pay to play Dr. Be safe. Get 2 referrals. Save insurance money, go to another Dr.

Dr. McLennan is a great doctor and he is person who makes you feel immediately comfortable. I have a history of kidney stones and he performed surgery to remove stone last October. He explains things throughly. He is also very responsive. I highly recommend him! Mercy is fortunate to have him as a part of their team.
