Arranged for a Synvisc knee injection. Doc changed order to Synvisc 1. Lots of pain in shin bone, calf and knee. No pain with Synvisc. Still have pain after several months. He had someone else give injection. So dumb, doc had to reposition needle. Have heard some doctors are paid by corporate to push their meds. Read long article on Synvisc 1. Last line of article, in bold letters said NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE”. I think I was a test body for their untested product. Amazing what some people will do for a buck. On a scale of 1-10, I give him -1.

Dr. Galakatos has to be one of the best doctors I have ever met. He has done surgery on both my parents, my brother and my cousin. His expertise is unmatched and his bedside manners are superb. Great doctor and highly recommended.

He put my femur back together after it shattered into 3 pieces and is now healed as good as new. He explained everything that needed to happen, provided excellent care and compassion and provided a fabulous healing experience.

Did surgery on my wife made the problem worse. Didn't get pre authorization from insurance to do surgery and told us it wasnt needed, now we are stuck with about 30,000 in bills. Our insurance said they would have paid all of it if his office would have done the pre auth. How can you trust a doctor with your health that will leave you with a bill like this because of his office negligence Beware‼️

Dr Galakatos is an amazing and caring doctor that did a total hip joint replacement surgery on me last year. I feel so much better because I have no more pain and I can walk for a long time without pain at all. He is a kind and professional orthopedic doctor with amazing staff.

Just had TKR. Surgery and recovery has been fantastic with virtually no pain. Walking 1/2 a mile no cane just one month after operation. Other knee needs to be done in a year. I know who my Dr. Is going to be!!!!

I've had rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders from a bad fall and Dr. Galakatos was brilliant! I was able to have these 2 separate surgeries 6 months apart and now after only 3 months since the 2nd surgery, I can't believe how well I've progressed and am practically pain free. He is not only a great surgeon but is so nice and patient - answering any and all questions. I would highly recommend ...
