I’m grateful to have found such a compassionate and knowledgeable urologist, and I would highly recommend Dr. Lai to anyone looking for top-quality care. From the very first appointment, he was professional, thorough, and kind. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly.

Horrible experience with this office , don’t think the doctor has any idea what is going on in his office. Background: this is my BFF after a motorcycle accident with a spinal cord injury, dependent on a Foley catheter. Sent a message 12-29-24 in regard to possible UTI and multiple issues with foley , followed up with 2 more messages with no response and then to our surprise on 2-13-25 a message appeared asking if we still needed anything, I told her to tell them she died from sepsis due to negligence from her care provider…. Dr. Henry, you and your staff are FIRED!

Michelle in the office scheduling appointments does not answer the phone or return calls I cancelled an appointment for a procedure she did not cancel the followup. I received a text with the appointment time and date no doctors name. I drove 30 minutes in the early am paid to park plus my time lost, because Michelle did not cancel the follow-up appointment that she scheduled and never told me or check to see if the time works with my schedule.

Recently saw Dr Lai for Botox treatment on my bladder. I scheduled to complete in office. They had difficulty completing procedure because Dr Hai failed to read previous notes or check himself that I need dilation of my bladder. After spending less then 2 minutes with me I was told I have to reschedule for outpatient surgery. I had already kept an appointment with my previous urologist, they completed the procedure in office no issues a week later. His nurse Melissa is very abrasive. They won't schedule appointments 5 months out they stated I would have to call back in 3 months to set up my appointment, causing risk of not being able to get follow up on time. Communication is a huge issue, very hard to reach the office.

I had a Procedure done in the office. By a different dr that was in with him and his other dr told me to make a follow up appt to see him and I couldn't get into may of this year what kind of place is this . If u post to have a sooner follow up than by God they need to to so instead of having to wait 2 months follow up appt

He has done 2 surgeries on me now both he did an amazing job. I would highly recommend him.

He was amazing, very attentive and personable. Answered all my questions and gave me great advice and information. Would definitely recommend.

He was the only dr out of 3 that figured a way to help me. The interstim implant was successful in the fact that I could go without a catheter. He has also solved many other issues that were from another surgeons back surgery gone wrong. I lost use of alot things and he provided solutions that helped get me back to my new normal.
