She calls te day of my appointment saying she can’t see me because she doesn’t know anything about the condition I was coming in for. Would’ve been nice to know the day before. Expect better from mercy

My wife went for a follow up visit on 1/18/32 after having a double mastectomy The office was very busy with many folks needing care. The team was working hard to meet everyone’s needs. When we were put in an exam room, Dr. Rogers was extremely attentive, looked over all our records, asked a lot of questions and suggested a good plan for the future. She was compassionate and intelligent! She even shared her own personal journey with cancer. I would highly recommend Dr. Rogers

Doctor Rodgers has been my doctor for years. She is very knowledgeable and always so pleasant with her patients. She explains everything and answers all your questions. Highly recommended.

Great Doctor to me and staff

I only saw Dr. Rodgers once but she ordered several tests. When I called for the results, the office wouldn't give them to me. When she finally called (the results had been in for a week) I asked why she hadn't called sooner. She told me to find a different doctor and hung up on me! By the way, the test cost $4620 -no discount.Please steer clear of this obviously unstable Doctor!

Had a long relationship with this Dr. Rogers. My tumor markers were up in 2017 and she didn't say anything on my yearly visit. While they weren't up that much, they were 13 pts. over the high normal. In 2018, I was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer in the bones which my regular MD located. I went to Heidi for 7 months. She recommended Dr. Lange to put in a port. He put it in backwards and slanted which has caused numerous access problems. She never examined me, even after I was having fluid buildup in the lung. When she was gone after the first of the year, another Oncologist at Mercy examined me and said I had a lot of fluid. They removed 1 1/2 liters the next day. At that point, I didn't trust her and moved to Siteman. Siteman has offered me chemo and therapy that was never offered at Mercy. My tumor makers have went from almost 500 to less than 200. Take responsibility for your own health!

Dr. Rodgers came highly recommended. I met with her once and a few tests were ordered. I waited patiently for the results. After more than 3 weeks passed, I called the office for results. I received a phone call back from someone named Dawn who told me the results were in but she would not review them with me. I would have to wait another week to see the Dr. I would like to add that I had an appointment that day but the office cancelled on me. This was a test that would determine whether I would need chemotherapy, so I was very anxious to hear the results. Dawn evidently either wrote in her notes or told Dr. Rodgers that she had told me the results when in fact she hadn't. I received a phone call this morning from Dr. Rodgers and I asked her why I didn't receive a phone call telling me one way or the other about chemo (the specifics of the test could wait for a later date) She told me that I was told and basically called me a liar and backed up her incompetent nurse.

She is totally awesome. My breast cancer had a pretty sudden onset and she was very quick to acknowledge my fears and make me feel like I'm not alone. She explains everything very well not only to me but also to my sister. She just takes very good care of me and makes me feel at ease. Not only that but their office staff are marvelous!

Dr. Rodgers is so kind and caring. She take time with you to answer your questions, which sometimes delays her appointments, but I would rather have a doctor spend time with patients rather than shuffle them out. She explains everything in details and writes notes down for you to take with you. Her bedside manner is so outstanding. I am blessed to have her in my medical cancer fighting army!
