List of Homewatch Caregivers Of St. Louis's Reviews
Most awful place ever I talked to a fake nice man he promised me he would call me back never did I called several times with the same response I HIGHLY SUGGEST TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
The best company I've ever worked for..
I recently traveled to St. Louis for a surgery and I hired Homewatch to pick me up from the surgery center. From the first time I called them, they were helpful and highly responsive. My surgery was almost called off at 5:30 a.m. and I called them in a state of concern- Michael was super patient and understanding. Another Michael picked me up and took me back to my hotel and offered to hang out with me as long as necessary. I'm grateful for their help!
We hired Homewatch to care for our mother, who had a debilitating stroke several years ago. There was minimal oversight by the management at the beginning, which eventually led to no oversight or accountability. Since two of the three daughters live out of state, it became increasingly difficult to work with Homewatch over time. It became clear that the agency does not have the interests of their clients as their primary goal. Instead the welfare of their caregivers was more important than the care of their clients. We finally fired the agency when we found out that the primary caregiver, who was terrific at first, had lost her driver's license 6 months ago after being arrested for a DUI. Neither she nor the agency had disclosed this to us even though driving our mother to appointments was stated as one of her duties as a caregiver.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
