Jack Galbraith's Online Review Report Card

Dr Galbraith is an absolutely terrible person. His staff is some of the most hostile group of people I’ve ever met, and it seems this doctor’s only plan is to get your money and then tell you that you are crazy and drop you as a patient. I was going to Dr Galbraith for several weeks, and paid over $2500 for him to treat me like a child and belittle me as a person. He started off being very nice however his recommendations were horrible and he appeared quite uneducated. After paying a ton of money for tests, Dr. Galbraith said that he saw nothing wrong with the tests and told me that I should see a physiologist and that I was a hypochondriac. After I told him that he was wrong and that my pain was indeed real he started getting angry and slammed his fists on the table shouting profanities. It appears his ego is too big for him to look for other reasons the pain is happening. In addition, the lady at the front desk wouldn’t allow my little one to wait in the waiting room.

Dr Galbraith cannot be trusted. I had a new patient appointment. 5 mins in I knew he was wasting my time by his recommendations. I tapped my moms knee, motioning "lets leave" His pride was shattered. He jumps up and yells "I will no longer be your doctor, leave", out of right field. He started to follow me down the hall. I turn and asked what he was doing. He then puts his hands on my back like he is a security guard. I told him "get your hands off me". All for his pride when I was leaving in the first place. I file a complaint, his report is a complete lie. Obviously his nurse who was in the room covered for him due to the problems it could create at work. I wouldn't risk my job. This why unqualified doctors are still practicing. Only advice I can give is record your visits with doctors on your phone so they cant get away with lies. This was all pre COVID

Dr. Galbraith is extremely kind and takes as much time with you as needed. He is never in a hurry to move to the next patient and answers all your questions. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a new primary care physician!

I GO TO DR. JACK AND I THINK HE IS WONDERFUL. VERY GOOD DR. LISTENS TO ME AND HE KNOWS HOW TO TREAT ME AND IS VERY GOOD WITH PATIENTS. GETS BACK TO YOU ON THE PHONE IF YOU NEED A QUESTION ANSWERED AND ALSO HAS A GOOD STAFF.

I GO TO DR. JACK AND HAVE BEEN GOING TO HIM FOR QUITE SOME TIME. HE IS A GREAT DR. HE LISTENS TO WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY AND HE GIVES YOU GOOD FEEDBACK. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO MY FRIENDS. I HAVE BEEN TO MANY DOCTORS AND THEY DID NOT MEET TO MY STANDARDS. I AM TRULY HAPPY THAT I FOUND DR. JACK. HE DOES NOT RUSH YOU. HE HAS A GOOD OFFICE STAFF.

Not sure what happened with this group but it certainly took a turn for the worse. Went in to see them and asked for a prescription which upset my stomach. Called to ask if I could change and was told I had to come back in even though I was in the week prior. Seems like they just want to get their hand a little deeper in your pocket. I'm sure a quick phone call would have been sufficient since I had just seen them the week prior. They did give me the opportunity for a teledoc meeting so the could get paid. No thanks....time to move on.

Exceptional MD...I dont visit him as much as I should but when I do he is non judgmental and appears to be truly concerned with my wellbeing

My family has been with Dr. Jack for 6 years. We absolutely love him. He's kind, and goes through everything he does with you. Best Dr. I've ever had.
