Dr. Santos is amazing, but sadly this office now considers you just a number and doesn’t provide the best patient care. Even if he’s your primary provider, anytime you try to schedule with him they try to just shift you to the nurse practitioner days later or say they’ve got nothing at all. I was told to consider making appointments in advance for a sick visit, not wellness. It’s a joke. After waiting all day for a callback I got a careless, rude receptionist callback with a chip on her shoulder. Once this office moved it became very clear that the patient is no longer a priority which sucks because Jaime Santos is a great physician.

I known this doctor for more than 5 years now he is the BEST from day ONE. He is so kind, warm, Friendly and funny. He listened to my problem helping and find the solutions. I cannot have enough words to say How wonderful he is every time I see him it’s like meeting a friend doctor. Thank you so much doctor Jamie for taking good care of me and all of your staff great experience like Always.

Regular check up, Knowing this Doctor for more than 5 years now. He is a great doctor from day one. He is very kind and warm. He is funny and friendly Look forward to my appointments since it’s like meeting an old friend. Listens to your problem and comes up with a solution. Wonderful experience from the staff nurse who was professional and friendly personality. Nowadays it seems like PCPs are increasingly rushing through patients appointments, not this guy! Been a patient for more than 5 years and will continue to be for sure. Thank you so much Doctor Jamie For taking good care of me. You are the BEST.

He once took away my candy and never gave it back, but overall he's a good guy. 5/5 would buy candy again.

Dr. Santos is our Primary doctor for all of our family members including my husband who is on Medicare. He always takes time to listen to your concerns and communicates results if tests are ordered. He is kind and thorough. His staff and assistant are also pleasant and waiting time is reasonable. I would highly recommend his services if you are looking for a kind, caring Doctor.

Dr. Santos is an amazing, compassionate doctor. He takes care to listen to his patience and treat them with respect and concern. HOWEVER, since he merged with St Anthony Physicians, the staff is horrific. You will not be treated as a person but a statistic. Be sure to follow every rule, no matter how long you have been a patient, or you will be FIRED, even if it is your health that has hindered you from following all the new rules. That whole jargon about being treated with compassion and respect, that you hear on the hold line? Lies. Don’t buy into it. While the doctors may be awesome, they have no say so in office matters. I am heart-broken to lose Dr. Santos as my physician, but since they were bought out by Mercy, the service makes me feel degraded. I will be happy to be under the care of an office that treats me as a person again.

Dr. Santos is a very knowledgeable and kind doctor. He cares about his patients, and really listens to your concerns. You know you are getting the best level of appropriate treatment with him. Whenever I am having a hard time, he is non-judgmental and treats me like an equal. He wants the best for his patients and I highly recommend him!

He ignores symptoms, doesn't listen to the patient, and he constantly interrupts when I try to speak. I never felt I was receiving the best care while seeing him. He never shared all my lab results and I never found out I had a thyroid issue until my new doctor reviewed my old results and told me. His staff is rude too. It is very difficult to schedule and appointment. Never will see him again.
