Dr. Boyd cared for my mother for over twenty years. He was there for her every time she needed to beat unbelievable odds. Can not thank him enough for the compassion and care showed her and us over the years.

Dr Boyds wait times used to be horrific. In the last year or so they have done a great job reducing wait times and providing a good experience. Dr Boyd is a fantastic surgeon, I would choose no one else to knock me out and slit my throat so good

Part of a team that saved my life. Always honest but also hopeful. He may be hard to get a timely appointment with and is always running late, but I would highly recommend him. He surgically removed my oral cancer and was straight up. With me about the hard treatment road ahead. Over 5 years later I’m cancer free and have a scar most do t notice unless I point it out on my neck. Thanks Doc and Mercy team!

After seeing these reviews I wasn't sure. I did have to leave a message to make an appointment I think they were on lunch, but the office staff got back to me that day. The wait wasn't bad maybe 20 minutes including doing the paperwork, the staff was super nice and very receptive considering how busy they are. The dr made me feel at ease and got to me right away. Some labs and other testing were ordered got the labs done immediately and a dr response to them 6 hours later on MyMercy. I would like to thank them for doing an extraordinary job.

Broke my nose in September and had my "closed nasal reduction" operation done by Dr. Boyd. We were confident that we could make my nose look better than before, but hopefully at least how it looked prior to the break. Once we removed the cast and splint we saw my nose is still very crooked and looks nearly the same as it did when broken. That's when Dr. Boyd decided to tell me "Well the operation was to repair the fracture and there was no guarantee that it would look exactly how you'd want. If in a few weeks you're still unhappy with it we can recommend you to a rhinoplasty surgeon." All while knowing that my insurance was cut due to COVD-19 and I am paying $8-$10,000 out of pocket for my operation. Terrible place.

I so appreciated the professionalism of Dr. Boyd, his patience in answering my questions, and of course, his skill as a surgeon.

Very thourough and compassionate. Listens to your concerns and makes sure that you have an understanding of what is going on. Bonus... my scar from parathyroidectmy is very minimal!

I am Dara Rion my husband Randy was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in March of 2019. We were referred to Dr Boyd. I feel this doctor is a miracle worker. When he saw my husband he said you have cancer, but we’re going to do a PetScan to make sure I’m right and tell us exactly were it is. Hoping he was wrong he said but he was right and had to give us the news that Randy had Squamish cell carcinoma stage 4 of t throat area. Hard news to deliver to anyone. He told us and didn’t skip a beat to include it’s all localized in one area and that he could get it all. Letting us know it was going to be a rough surgery. March 25th a 12 hour surgery. Feeding tubes, Tracheotomy tube, I can’t begin to explain that day of waiting with our family and friends by our side. When Dr Boyd came out he said “I got it all and he is still going to look like he did because they found the right size plates to replace his left upper and lower jaw. We were in the hospital 10 days. 5 in ICU 5 In CCU. DR Boyd not only saved my husband’s life. He still a year later sees him every six weeks. This man is full of compassion when it’s needed humor when it’s needed, and kind hearted firmness when it’s needed. Everything that make a perfect doctor. I see negative reviews on him and I honestly don’t get it. I know at least 8-10 friends and family that we’ve met or ran into that have or are using him. Everyone of them when I say he’s a miracle worker they all say what a perfect description of him. They all love him too. I will never ever be able to express to him my appreciation for his removal of my husband’s cancer. He did still go through radiation and chemo. Almost lost him twice to that. Yet what Dr Boyd did and Dr Martin to reconstruct his face, with grafting from his leg. It’s amazing what they did. I’m not going to say everything my husband had removed to get all the cancer. But this week we are Working on prosthetic teeth and hearing aids. We just got rid of his feeding tube last week almost a year. Still only on fluids for nutrition. My husband is doing amazing no one that knows what he’s been through can believe how great he looks. Dr Boyd thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving my husband of 40+ years. ~Dara Rion~

Diagnosed me with a bronchial Cleft Cyst after just a biopsy. Four years later I find out I have a paraganglioma. Looking at a complicated surgery because it's grown. Absolutely do not go to Dr. Boyd.

He done my thyroid surgery. He was awesome. I am pleased with his treatment plan
