He walked into the room and immediately said the bruising and lump in my breast was all my doing. He didn’t introduce himself, he didn’t ask my account of events, he didn’t ask my name he just assumed that I found a pea size lump and was poking and prodding on the lump. He told me to go home and not to poke and prod on it and it would start to get better. Never gave me an explanation of what might have caused the golf ball size lump. Only that it was my fault it was bruised. He never heard me say it had started to bruise before I even noticed the lump and the awful bruising happened in the span of less than 8 hours. If he rolled his eyes at me one more time I might have broke down in tears. I was doing my best to hold it together. He had absolutely no understanding of how I was feeling or even cared. Hopefully my doctor can give me a better explanation of what caused the lump, the bruising, and the inflammation.
