They make it really hard for new patients that have just moved into the area to get an appointment ! you have to call at 8, then you could be on the phone for a half hour waiting for them to answer just to be told to do it alllll over AGAIN TOMORROW ! very disappointing that i will have to travel with my two sons just to get checkups.

Dr. Putzel is an amazing doctor. I feel like she takes the time to listen to my concerns about my child and doesn't rush us out the door. I also feel like she knows my child, my child isn't just a statistic to her.
