7 years of consistent frustration with this 'doctor' and her office staff. Can't get an appointment, can't get a return phone call, can never actually get someone on the phone. Your calls will almost always go to voicemail without a return call. When you do talk to someone it is always be a terse, apathetic attitude. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Service will be faster and more stress-free then dealing with this office. Seriously, you're better off with a shaman. At least a quack will call you back.

This has been my primary doctor for at least 4 years. She is sweet but she is always booked. Every now and then I have back pain which is in my file, but she is so booked that every single time I call to come in her staff tells me to go to urgent care!! This is the last time! I am in excruciating pain yet my doctor has done nothing but shove me off to urgent care! I do not recommend this office all they say is sorry.

I've been going to this office for over 5 years now. Dr Knox is amazing. She genuinely cares about her patients and always goes above and beyond to help. I'm confused about the comments regarding the front desk. I've never had a bad experience!

Being a guy that hates going to the Doctors office I never have an issue here the ladies at the front desk never give me an issue, they usally crack jokes and always take care of my needs. Not sure why anyone would have an issue with them. Dr Knox always ask how myself and family are doing always concerned with my health and explains in normal language what needs to be done. Would give five stars if my fat finger would not have hit four.....

Dr. Jennifer Knox is an excellent doctor. She shows a lot of interest in her patients and you can tell she really cares about your well being. I would recommend her to anyone.

Good listener but hard to get appt. Staff is friendly & attentive for the most part. Someone does get back to me through the messaging system within a day or two. Doc doesn’t always “get” what I’m telling her. I do have a lot of complicated issues I see specialists for. She’s ok.

I called the office to make my appointment. The girl who answered my phone was very rude. She had very very bad attitude.

Dr. Knox is very patient and caring. She listens attentively to your problems, gives you a very thorough examination, and discusses treatment plan options with you . Her staff is friendly and both Dr. Knox and her staff will call you back in a timely manner.
