Dr. K & staff treated me and my granddaughter with respect and in a timely manner. He wasn’t in a rush to get to the next patient and I really felt like he cared. My follow up was even better as I took sick and they made room in their schedule to see me the same day.

I have spent 4.5 years trying to understand my situation and symptoms. I had given up hope until today. The front office staff was very busy but still took the time to acknowledge me and my concerns. The woman at check-in instantly made me feel welcome and at ease. They are all great!

It has been difficult to reach even an operator. The phone message keeps saying the operator is not available. There is not option to leave a message. There was the option to choose an extension, but their was no extension given with the online phone number.

I have been a patient of Dr. Katcher's for two years. He is the nicest and most caring doctor I have ever had. He even called me himself to check on my condition. He seems to be genuinely concerned with my well-being. I actually look forward to my appointments with him. Definitely recommend.
