Has terrific bedside manner. He spent so much time with me talking to me and getting to know me. I feel like he really cares about me and my health. I was very pleased with his decisions and recommendations, I feel very comfortable accepting his advice. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a caring doctor in the area.

I have nothing but positive things to say about him. He's very patient, takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers your all of your questions. Very thorough!!! Ive had no problems with the staff even when it comes to getting test results or refills. There have been plenty of times that he has been able to get me in on a same day visit if I'm sick as well. Great Dr. I've been seeing him for about 5 yrs and will continue to see him.

Like Dr John Garica very much BUT the office staff is not so good

My visit with Dr. Garcia was good as usual. I was his patient at another office. My experience since the visit borders on appalling. His receptionist let me call repeatedly about my lab test results and took messages instead of connecting me with the Medical Asst who knew the status of the tests. I was diagnosed with staph infection (a serious illness) and my quality of life has declined due to confusion and dizziness, but I cannot get the results of my blood cell test. I have missed a multiple of days of work and this issue has not received the proper urgency. I know the holiday is a factor, but apparently the office is closed today and I was not told this prior to the holiday. I am anxiously waiting for word of what has changed my life, but no one seems to appreciate the urgency of my circumstances. I may lose my job over this. I am so aggravated I decided to write this review and most likely I will look for another doctor. His staff does not match his standard of care like it did at the Pacific office.
