Visited Dr. Ecklekamp’s office today. I was greeted promptly and warmly. Because I had done my paperwork on MyChart, I was called right in. Dr. Ecklekamp listened to my concerns and had several options for care. We discussed which course of treatment seemed appropriate and the doctor recommended the one he felt would be best. The orders were printed and I had a plan of action right away.

The entire staff from the person that checks you in at the front desk to the nurse to the doctor himself, was professional and polite. Excellent customer service skills .

Dr. Eckelkamp is an excellent physician. He’s kind and professional. Very easy to talk to. He listens attentively and answers any questions. He’s both thorough and efficient. The overall practice is excellent as well. Staff and nurses are courteous, offices are clean and inviting. Have a good scheduling system too. I’ve never had an issue getting an appointment. Finding a good primary care doctor these days is hard. He’s one of the good ones.
