My husband is a patient here and received epidural steroid lumbar injections 2 weeks ago. I am sitting in the ER with him for the third time, severely ILL. He is being admitted. No one can figure out what is making him so sick. I have called Dr. Meacham’s office three times to make her aware that something serious is happening. Each time, office staff tells me she’s not in the office, and they’ll “let her know.” We have not received a callback any of these times. Not even when I told them we are being admitted. The only reason I’ve given two stars is bc until now, my husband was happy with the care he was receiving.

She never checks her messages or gets back to you. She doesn’t refill pain meds on time and you run out. Then she refuses to refill my pain meds and leaves me cold turkey with no pain meds, no notice, no warning and sent me into extreme withdrawal including heart palpitations and breathing problems. I have been on this same med almost 3 years. If she would have tapered my meds down that would have been a safer and more ethical practice for a dr practicing at the Center for Advanced Medicine in St. Louis. So beware of this young, just graduated doctor who will leave you in the lurch and drop you with no warning.

AWFUL.... She needs to learn how to treat her patients with respect and compassion ....after not seeing her for 3 mos. She walked in and never once ask how I was ...was there any new pain NOTHING ....now to me when have a patient who is in a constant pain scale of 8 you would think that your Dr. Would care enough to at least to ask NOT HER...In the course of my illness of 5 yrs I have seen many Dr's and have NEVER been treated so disrespected as I have by her...steer clear folks

Dr. Meachum is very thorough, used a prop to provide detail information about my condition, she uses multiple modalities, listens patiently, addresses all of my concerns and has excellent bedside manners! I’m very pleased with this physician. I was contemplating leaving her practice because of rudeness by two of her staff. However, when I met Dr. Meachum, I was impressed with her and knew I was in good hands
