Kristen Scullin's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Scullin was my physician for over 15+ years. Where she went, I would go to see her. She was/is amazing. I don't need/want touchy feely doctors. She is thorough and is very efficient with assessing health issues. I highly recommend Dr. Scullin.

I am done waiting and in search of a new doctor. I have kids I have to find sitters for and work m-f. I can not afford to take off a whole day because of running late. Sometimes it's 45mins, sometimes an hour and that's before you get to a room. Most times my doctor takes 10minute max. I have other things to do and I only go when I absolutely have to because of the wait time. They can't even let you know before you even show up. I had a lady waiting 45 minutes ahead of me. If you cancelled they would still charge you.

Before saying to much let me be clear all of the doctors are friendly and professional the problem is the place is not run very well. Its good if all you need is an exam and can make your appointments 6 months ahead just don't ever get sick they send you to urgent care, no same day appointments or even next day. They also do not have an answering machine. You have to call during business hours and wait on hold for 15 minutes which can be troublesome if you work since they are only in 8 -4:30.

Although Dr. Scullin is friendly, she is not as thorough as she could be in her exams. Quick check of heart and lungs and that is it after a short conversation. Prescribed blood presssure medication, but at the wrong dosage and I had a difficult time getting this corrected.

Dr. Scullin is awesome some of her staff members can be quite rude. I had a condition listed on My Mercy that I was never told about. I called her nurse & she told me very rudely she could not help me that I had to call My Mercy myself. My Mercy actually apologized for her rude behavior but told me only my doctors office can help me with this problem. I left a message two days ago & still have not heard from her. Very disappointed, unfortunately it is costing them a patient. The doctors need to check on their staff & get feedback from patients or it will keep happening.

Dr. Scullin has been my primary Doctor for around sixteen years. I think she is a very good Doctor. Her staff does fine. Since I wait half a day for the cable guy I can't really beef about the hour wait to see her. i'm just happy to have the same good doctor that knows me.

Have been going to Dr. Scullin going on 7 years now. Great Doctor.

I have selected another doctor because when I am sick and need to see Dr. Scullin, I get the same response always.....they cannot schedule me for that day or even the next. I have to wait several days to get in. Today (Friday), I called and the said the earliest is next Wednesday. They would not schedule me to see a nurse practitioner. What good is a doctor if they are not available when you are sick?

Dr. Scullin is the best doctor I've ever had. She's very thorough, so if I have a health problem, I'm guaranteed she'll find it and resolve it. My only non-5 stars are promptness - she's usually running a bit behind while I'm in a room waiting, but that's because she spends necessary time with each patient; and her staff in the front is not often courteous. I would recommend Dr. Scullin to anyone.

Dr. scullin gives you ample oppertunity to discuss your concerns and does the necessary treatment or test to confirm the reasons for the problems you experience. She takes my health concerns seriously. Very good doctor!!
