Dr. Dohrman is very professional and was very thorough with my eye examination. He is very polite and discussed his findings with great care. I highly recommend him.

This Dr is an Ophthalmologist, not just an Optometrist. The practice is affiliated with the Center for Advanced Medicine, but it certainly struggles to provide reasonable care. In the 10+ yrs I have been a patient at this practice, I have had billing problems, appointment problems (unclear COVID protocols that caused a 60 mile round trip to an appt only to be denied entry and have to drive back again a week later), prescription problems, and insurance problems, but above all communication problems on their end. Multiple calls are necessary, and wait times on hold have stretched past 20-30 minutes. The on call does not return phone calls from either pharmacy or patient. After repeatedly communicating and being assured problems will be taken care of, nothing happens, and you start over again. They do NOT value the patient's time nor prioritize delivery of care yet remind you how crucial it is to take the prescription you can't obtain since they can't bother to contact the pharmacy.

Dr. Dohrman is a wonderful doctor. He doesn’t rush your visit or treat you as if you’re just a number. He takes his time and does a great job at making sure you feel at ease with the care he is giving. He answers all my questions in plain “English” so that I can understand everything that is going on with my vision. I would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic! Dr. Dohrman is so personable, wonderful smile, thorough and professional, answers all your questions, and is genuinely interested and reads your medical history (operations, medicine)and caring; I'm recommending him to anyone who needs an eye health exam!

Dr. Dohrman is professional, thorough and personable. Takes the time to answer ALL my questions at a level that makes me feel comfortable. Remembers things about me (not just my medical conditions) from visit to visit. Treats me as an active member of my healthcare team. Dr. Dohrman is kind of the “gatekeeper” of the other ophthalmology specialists I see. He does an excellent job of referring when necessary and coordinating my overall eye care. CAM can take awhile but other offices aren’t bad
