List of Lindsay M Frerichs's Reviews
Dr. Frerichs was very informative. Took her time explaining my health situation. Really appreciated her kindness too. If I had a question, she explained the situation. And I felt more informed and knew more about my situation. Felt more confident and not as scared as I way. Would recommend Dr. Frerichs. The doctor took a lot of time and did not feel rushed at all which was refreshing.
The staff is always very friendly and efficient. Wait times are always extremely short. Dr. Frerichs is always friendly, knowledgable, and will go to bat for you with the insurance companies. She has really helped me get my migraines under control. They were nearly constant and now they have been cut in half in terms of number of days per month and the severity of each migraine. It has made a huge difference in my life. Thanks Doc!
I am so thrilled to have Dr. Frerichs involved in my migraine care. She is friendly and understanding, and took the time to walk through all my medication options. She is clearly an expert in her field.
Dr. Frerichs was very kind and compassionate regarding my care. She asked more questions regarding my headaches and prior treatments than I have ever been asked by prior neurologists. Very happy with my experience.
I’ve never been to a worse doctor. I could go on and on about how bad she was, but here are four examples. She brought a student doctor into the room with her to observe my entire appointment without asking my consent, which they’re always supposed to ask. She asked me if I was taking my medications for my “other medical problems” instead of reviewing my complete medical history with me. She had me fill out a form of neurological symptoms that I have had in the past month, which I had several. She didn’t even review the information with me. At my second appointment, she didn’t even look at me or acknowledge me when she walked into the room. I said hello and she didn’t even look up and me. She completely ignored me and did my procedure in silence. I’ve had a lot of doctors, and she’s by FAR the worst I’ve EVER been to. Once you establish care with her beware, Wash U won’t let you switch to another provider either. You’ll have to leave Wash U for another hospital system.
The front office especially ...Shantee... need Six Sigma education. Doctor is not well served by disrespectful support staff.
Recently had an initial visit with Dr. Frerichs regarding longstanding migraine headaches which have gotten significantly worse. I was impressed that she had studied materials that I had sent her before the appointment. She listened closely to me and took quite a bit of time performing a detailed history before the neurological exam. I felt like I was her only patient that day, though I know she is quite busy. I feel very hopeful that she will be able to help me. Highly recommend her!
She was kind, listened to my problem, and very knowledgeable about headaches.
Waited 6 months for the appointment, was sent to the wrong Washington University neurology department, she refused to see me after being 3 minutes past the cut off time of 15 minutes. Even after I called and rushed across town to make it. I had to drive 2 hours round-trip to make this appointment. My health is deteriorating and now I will have to wait even longer to be seen. If my appointment is from ...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
