My back surgery was February 3, 2020. I had three major procedures done in one surgery. As me and my friend sat and listened to Dr. Curylo that he had just performed this surgery on an eighty year old female and she is doing fine. Those words still resonate in my ears! After surgery I started feeling pain in my back and hips. I went back to Dr. Curylo to hear hopeful words of healing. All I wanted was my life back. I finally went to a neurosurgeon and after his recommendation to get a second opinion it was recommended that I needed two major surgeries to correct what Dr Curylo had done. Sadly to say I’m too old to go thru two major surgeries and the percentage wasn’t all that great for taking care of my problem. I’m having to use a walker if a lot of walking is involved and a handicap sign for my car. My recommendation is do not go to an orthopedic surgeon for any back surgery. Go to a neurosurgeon!

Dr. Curylo is a skilled and dedicated Surgeon. It may appear he is aloof but truthfully he is kind & compassionate. If I had one complaint it has to do with one individual in that office. An assistant? Very surly. I doubt if Dr. Curylo is aware of her behavior. Ignore her petty, pubescent behavior & focus on the remarkable skills and talents of Dr. Curylo. Thank you

Dr Curylo is awesome and thourough on explaining what needs to happen and how it will be done. I had neck surgery with 3 disk fusions and everything went well. Healing was a piece of cake. I have recommended several friends.

After 4 months of a slipped disk and sciatica pain I was ready to give up. These folks at Revival Spine Surgery saved my life. They succeeded where others had failed. It was like the switch was flipped off after the surgery. The pain was immediately gone. Dr. Curylo is a very gifted man and his staff was amazing.

It’s not the visit per se. it’s the lack of good “bedside manner.” This doctor just doesn’t interact with his patients in any caring way whatsoever. He’s very abrupt and quick to leave the examining room. So, if you’re looking for a doctor you can easily relate to, he’s not the man. He performed my surgery well, but there are lots more personable and kind doctors that can do the same thing.
