Dr Sabio is extremely thorough and caring. I couldn't ask for a better doctor to help me with my allergies and asthma. So thankful to have found her.

Dr Sabio is fabulous, very thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable etc. The front staff is horrible. I believe it is the office Manager but she is so rude and makes me want to leave the practice. Put a smile on your face, slow down, add a positive tone or happiness to your voice and make your patients feel valued.

I have been receiving shots for almost 4 years. When Dr moved to Dougherty Ferry/270, I moved too even though it is much further away from my place of work. Today I was 6 minutes late for my shot and was turned away. I would think a patient of many years would be given some consideration.

Dr. Sabio is awesome but her office needs help. There’s no way to leave a message and the phone is often not connected. If you’re late for an allergy shot (but you won’t know you’re late because the shot hours are always changing and never posted ANYWHERE) the office staff will pretend to not see you knocking on the door to try reschedule said shot. And good luck rescheduling with phone issues mentioned above.

Dr. Sabio treats my 11 year old daughter for asthma and allergy care. We have been really happy with her care. She explains things to my daughter in a way she could understand and has been incredibly supportive when I have questions. I would whole heartedly recommend Dr. Sabio and her practice. My daughter says she is "her favorite doctor!"

Dr. Sabio is great! Even during Covid she was available and got me through the spring allergies with almost no sinus problems. I work outside and haven’t had a spring that I wasn’t miserable in 10 years! I look forward to working with her moving forward and getting this under control with shots. I can not speak highly enough of her. Update 12/13/21 I haven’t needed to see Dr. Sabio recently but I did take all her advice, I started allergy shots in her office & had a Septoplasty and Turbinate reduction surgery. (I’m so glad I did the surgery. Dr. Klatt Cromwell was amazing, seriously. If you can get in with her she’s helped me so much)

I checked with them 3 times that they took my insurance before seeing the doctor (twice over the phone and once in person). All 3 times they confirmed that they do accept my insurance, so I went ahead and paid my co-pay and saw the doc. Two weeks later, they call me up and tell me that they made a mistake and they don't actually take my insurance and that I now owe them another $220. When I refused to pay for their mistake they attacked my credit. Do NOT go here and do NOT trust them with your information. They aren't worth the hassle. So, Sabio, you can't figure out how insurance works, but you can figure out how to sell my information to collection agencies?

When lockdown started they would not make arrangements to have my shots given. I have an unusual job and the hours they are open dosen't allow me to do Saturday mornings. I was usually able to sneak in but they where unwilling to allow me to do a quick call ahead to let them know I was coming. I have been without my injections for at least 4+ months. They said they would call when walk in becomes available but I have never received a phone call or follow up as I have not been there. Not good patient care but a good Dr.
