Both my husband and I find Dr Howard to be extremely caring; he listens patiently and explains conditions and reasons for tests. He answers messages promptly. We find the support staff to be very nice. The office is clean.

This doctor is arrogant, doesn't listen, thinks taking meds away from patients makes him a hero! He's run by big pharma who push experimental poison and insurance companies. He has no empathy or bed side manner! A real jerk!

I will be changing primary doctors very soon. I thought he was uncaring, condescending, and rude. I stayed for a year but after his refusal to take my insomnia and anxiety more seriously after my miscarriage I'm done.

Dr Howard is great. He diagnosed something that 5 other Drs didn’t find. He is very thorough and more than competent. I can’t see how the one Reviewer blamed him for a billing error. I give him a five star review because he deserves it.

I am switching primary care physicians away from Dr. Howard and I would suggest others avoid him as well. Wait times were always unreasonably long, but what made me change was when he billed me for an unauthorized and unnecessary test. I don't have time to mess with a doctor that pulls that kind of thing.

This was my first visit to Dr. Marc Howard, and the experience was first-class in every way. His office staff was pleasant, competent, respectful, & efficient. Dr. Howard himself is an excellent listener--patient, thorough, and professional. I had been without a healthcare provider for a number of years, so I had a moderate number of diverse health issues I wanted to discuss. As I said, he was patient and thorough and compassionately and thoughtfully listened to all my concerns and made appropriate professional recommendations for tests and further observation. I am 100% satisfied with Doctor Howard's manner, style, and skills, and, based on my experience so far, would recommend him without hesitation or reservation to anyone interested in creating a first experience with a new doctor.
