I was in a car accident in July of this year and happened to be placed under dr trump s care. He is a very kind dr, explained all of the procedures, expected course of treatment and in general took over my trauma care after hospital discharge. I can safely say that he is an asset to the mercy trauma team and should give the trauma surgery drs a lesson in bedside manner. His nursing staff should also do a seminar with the mercy rehab liaison about how to speak with patients. All of his office staff have been kind and helpful to me throughout this whole ordeal.

He is a very caring dr but straight to the point. He will tell you what is going on and what he thinks is the best plan. He will ask you what you think. He has been very kind to me over the course of my treatment and I won’t be able to thank him enough.

I called my surgeon Dr Mark Trump's office to ask questions about what my future may hold with regard to my ongoing treatment and rehabilitation. She, Dominique, wouldn't answer my question and told me I can't have that information until after my appointment. I guess it's none of my business .... well, at least until the information I'm requesting is paid for. Maybe it's hospital policy to never discuss things that may or may not happen even if you know what it is. Maybe it's the lawyers that are avoiding a potential malpractice suit because someone said something and then it didn't happen that way. Mercy Hospital is a bureaucracy and can't answer any questions until the hospital is safe from lawsuit. I hate hospitals and lawyers

Dr Trump performed surgery on my father in law for a broken femur. He spent time with him before going to surgery making sure my father in law knew exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to stabilize and repair the fracture. We didn t feel rushed and Dr Trump answered all my father in law s questions and my questions too!!! Would highly recommend Dr Trump!

I was operated on by Dr. Trump for 2 broken Pelvic bones. Due to the surgery, my pelvic area is now misaligned and I have major nerve damage on one side causing foot issues! I had to have a 2nd surgery by a very reputable orthopedic surgeon to repair what he could. Dr Trump was fired from the Ortho group that were originally assigned to my care. Very terrifying experience. And no follow up from Dr. Trump after the surgery. My family also experienced unpleasant dialogue with Dr. Trump.
