The front desk was very courteous. The dr actually brought us back and spent a lot of time with us. I didn’t feel rushed. He was very kind and explained everything.

We’ve had our first appointment with Dr. Rallo and I’m pleased with the plan moving forward. He was very gentle with my 15 month old & my 3 year old that was in the room asking him questions. He answered all my questions, explained each step & let me know about further tests needed and why he was recommending the specialists he did. I’m happy with the care my son received. His office staff were also very kind and helpful when I needed to call them.

We have had Dr. Rallo as our sons doctor since he was 2 1/2 and he is 10 now, when he was diagnosed with duane syndrome in his left eye. He is an excellent doctor and great with my son! We have had great experiences all the times that we have had to go there which was twice a year for a while and now its once a year.

We love Dr. Rallo! He has been caring for our son for several years. He even remembered us when we saw him outside of his office. That made my son feel good. He really seems to know his patients and always offers sound advice. I would recommend him to any parent who needs a specialist in this field.

Totally related to my daughter! She hates going to the doctor but really seems to respond well to Dr. Rallo. He was funny and made us feel better about her diagnoses. We will look forward to seeing him next year. I would recommend Dr. Rallo to people who have shy kids or kids who are afraid to be at the doctor.
