Great doctor. Been using him for years and have had excellent care.

Not sure Mathew should have issued his Doctorate based on the care I received..which was no care . Wait and see approach isn’t going to work , I offered many solutions that may have worked, and he felt no treatment was best way to proceed . Unfortunately, Mathew Breeben provides very subpar services. There business model involveS simply pushing patients thru an assembly line of appointments and doctors . When I transferred care, we were on same page, until he began sending me all over the SLU system for other opinions. AT THIS LOINT I GABE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON Eurasian tube dysfunction, nothing has worked, other than a few prescriptions I have tried..the patient bill of rights should include the patient and his overall comfort .. which this doctor lacks simple empathetic qualities that make doctors - doctors .Why would a patient continue seeing a doctor that literally does nothing to improve your overall quality of life. He is not an empathetic doctor at all. If you plan on seeing him or anyone in this SLU care practice , plan on being passed around so they can collect their copays and bill your insurance as often as possible. I offered a simple solution and he disagreed , so therefore I will be taking my body and business elsewhere It’s my hope from this review to give real feedback about a doctor , so that others may not fall into this same trap. This review was written with the intent of informing others, so they can make educated decisions when choosing their primary care phycician. Hope this helps, and good luck with whoever you choose, there are very good doctors, so don’t give up if you don’t like the one your seeing and looking for a new one, educate yourself about the doctor you decide to see, and do t feel bad if you switch doctors...I feel taken advantage of financially and this is the only way I can voice my frustration and feelings. God speed, remember, it’s your body and you know your body the best. This system of doctors, I would steer clear of.If he listened and trusted I know my body best, he would most likely have received a 5 star from me, his lack of empathy for my condition really stood out, for this reason and many more I felt compelled to share my experiences .Kindest Regards,Jason Hofstein

Excellent service from the front desk through to the experience with the doctor

Dr. Breeden sees my two children as their primary doctor since they were newborns. I am very satisfied with the care they receive. He takes time to ask questions, answer questions, and explain things. He follows up on test results quickly, and the after hours phone line is generally helpful and responsive. The office staff are all very nice and helpful. My only concern is sometimes it's hard to schedule an urgent appointment on the main appointment line.

As a 70 year old I've have several doctors that were very good. I have had 2 visits with Dr. Breeden in the past 12 months. He is very easy to talk to, I feel completely at ease and trust his judgement. He diagnosed two separate issues and was right on each time as evidenced by the concurrence of the specialists I had to see. I receive feedback from Dr. Breeden of 3rd party test results on either the same day or the day after they were conducted. I feel lucky to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Breeden is always thorough, honest, and listens to everything I have to say. He puts me at ease and talks of various solutions to any medical issue, from medicine to lifestyle changes. Highly recommend.

Dr. Breeden has been the most efficient, thorough, competent, resourceful, caring doctor I have ever had. Since moving to the Saint Louis area ten months ago, I have been impressed and amazed with the value of care I have received, from the quick access to appointments, referrals, and prescriptions to the feeling of being genuinely listened to at my appointments. Dr. Breeden asks me questions at my appointments, makes eye contact, and doesn?t make me feel like he is in a hurry. I am grateful!

Dr. Breeden was very attentive on my first visit to establish him as my new PCP. He was easy to talk to, has a good sense of humor, and seemed genuinely interested in my welfare. A medical student also gave me an initial examination, and he was very professional and good-natured. Dr. Breeden asked a lot of questions and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend him.
