No wait, friendly staff, didn't feel like the appointment was rushed. Excellent!

I love my doctor. He treats my husband and me. He makes himself available to me when is already booked. He is a mensch!

Good luck if you are trying to reach this doctor, they have a system where you leave a message with the doctor'sassistant who calls back. I am looking for a primary care physician and always choose Washington University Physicians, so I left a message with the assistant that I wanted to make an appointment. She did not call me back. I waited several days, left another message, still did not get a call. Talked to the operator, asked to speak to the office manager, she hung up on me. Waited a few days, left another message with Dr Bonzelet's assistant. No one ever called me back. So I assume that if I was a patient at the Maryland Medical Group, and I was sick or needed to speak with the doctor... I would not get a call back. It's a shame when they may be good doctors but have staff that don't care and don't do their job.

The second visit I waited an hour, not one person from the office came in to see me and then decided to leave. On the way out I pasted him and his comment was "Well you can just leave". On top of this he sent me a bill as a no show to the appointment. I am checking to see if he also billed my insurance company for the office visit. He needs to take a class in time keeping and common courtesy. The sun does not revolve around him like he acts.

Dr Bonzelet may be a good doctor, and the operator at Maryland Medical Group told me he was accepting new patients, but the only way to make an appointment or get a message to the doctor is to leave a message with his assistant Gail. I left Gail a message, she did not call me back. I waited a few days, left another message, did not hear from her. Waited another day and called the operator who would not let me speak to the office manager and hung up on me. What a shame, but this is how they treat people at the Maryland Medical Group. I don't want a doctor who will never get message when I am sick or need to communicate with him.

Love Dr Bonzelet!!! He’s really knowledgeable and with my anxiety disorder he’s like one of the only people who completely understands and has such a calm approach. I’m so lucky to have found him!

The doctor is very patronizing and short. I had my boyfriend attend one of my appointments since I felt like I was being treated like a child I wanted a second opinion and he was slightly better but only spoke with him. Seems to be offended if you ask questions ask for other options or bring up any research you have made on your own time. Unless he is treating something tangible like the flu or such he will make you feel like you are crazy and that you are wasting his time. Wont recommend!

GREAT doctor! I think I'm on my 4th year as his patient. Very knowledgeable, will do anything and everything to make sure health concerns are solved at the root. So far I've had nothing but great outcomes since going to him.
