I went to Doctor Silviera or a biopsy that my primary Doctor requested due to my symptoms. I had a very bad experience with him. He didn't try to listen a word i said. He completely ignored my symptoms. He said" I don't treat pains or other muscles issues. I am a surgeon not an IG Doctor". My appointment with this Doctor was about 4 to 5 minutes.He showed his temper to me and he wasn't nice.His assistant( a young girls) was nice to me though.

My wife Suzanne Clare was diagnosed with stage 3 colorectal cancer following a routine colonoscopy . Dr. Silviera and staff have been very helpful, informative and attentive following her surgery, hospitalization and recovery. As fellow physicians we both appreciate the care, concerns and compassion shown by his entire staff.

Dr. Silviera is a GREAT surgeon! He has operated on me twice to help me defeat Ulcerative Colitis. He explained everything to me and my wife and is easy to talk to. He has a excellent bedside manner and once you meet him it’s hard not to love the guy! 5/5 stars in my book! Thanks, Rudy C.

Excellent care, outstanding service, and an informative experience with Dr. Silviera and his staff. Office operations are smooth and effective, even during these circumstances. Very accommodating. MAKE PAYING SAFER WITHIN THE WHOLE FACILITY I do wish that BJC and Wash. U. would expedite the installation of updated touchless (NFC) payment options for office co-pays, parking payment processing, and other payment transaction operations — you can’t even slide your own card in some cases. Our New Normal — the less you touch, the safer you feel. Today, this Touchless Behavior is just as important to many people as the cautionary call to wear masks, wash our hands, maintain safe distances, and screen before we enter potentially high-exposure facilities to keep everyone safe.

I don't really get some of these reviews. I found Dr Silviera to be an amazing surgeon. He explained everything to me and my family, the good and the bad. He was always professional, caring and showed a genuine interest in helping me get through the issues. I never waited more than 10 minutes to see him and I never felt rushed when I did see him. I have and will continue to recommend him for anyone needing a competent surgeon.
