I've been a patient of Dr. Murray for a few years. Recently the level of care I've received has gone downhill and it was never that great to begin with. The office manager and some of the staff are very rude and impatient, others are very nice and patient. Dr. Murray is never not in a hurry and she's unable to listen to symptoms without interrupting and jumping to conclusions which are sometimes incorrect. If she orders tests, I'm never contacted about the results. I have to call them, leave a message and wait for a call back. It seems to me Dr. Murray doesn't care whether or not she provides good health care. She prefers to get patients in and out as quickly as possible. I'll be getting a new doctor.

Dr. Murray and her staff are great. She's been my PCP for several years. I always feel heard. The new office space is really nice.

I wouldn’t take my dog to this Dr. or her practice. Her staff is rude and she is unprofessional. After waiting for her for 90 minutes, in the exam room, I wanted to ask her questions about other concerns, about getting cholesterol blood work done, and she very rudely told me I had to leave, because she needed to go to the bathroom, and leave for the day. She needs to lose her license to practice medicine. I will be looking for another group practice.

Dr. Murray is a very caring physician who takes her time with you; listens to your needs and acts on it. I would definately recommend her, which I already have 2 other family members who sees her as well and they have been just as happy with her care as I have.
