Kara Sternhell and her awesome nurse are the bombdiggity of wonderful. We live in Florida and fly to see her regularly. She is brilliant and kind and patient and gentle. She catches things other doctors miss. We hope she never retires.

My experience with my doctor is always exceptional. However, I can never talk to a person when I call! I have called four times and have been promised that I would get a call by the next day. Guess what, I still haven’t got a phone call. You know what I got. I got a text message saying you can contact us in a text at this number, guess what there was no number! Instead, they made me an appointment to see my Doctor. The whole reason for my phone calls were to get an appointment with a Mohs (surgeon) not my regular doctor! Had they returned my phone call this would’ve all been resolved, instead I’m writing this shitty review, and have to drive an hour just to tell my doctor what I’m writing here and maybe get the Appointment for my surgery for cancer..

Was seen at Meramec Dermatology by Dr. Christopher Briscoe yesterday — my second time seeing him at this facility. Dr. Briscoe and the staff at Meramec are very courteous and professional. I left each time with the sense that I was in the hands of competent and caring people.
