they did not help me at all, told me to use lotion and clean my legs. didn t care that I was a diabetic, didn t put ANY OF MY MEDICATIONS RIGHT, and I told him with my job And dogs need to keep them wrapped, when they did wrap them they just threw it on my legs and when I was leaving they fell off. ALSO when wrapping my legs they cleaned them up and they were pushing on my legs acting like it didn t hurt. They were freaking rude and I will not come back to this jerk. A positive note the front desk staffing is amazing!!! I love them.

My son(12 yrs old) was with his friends and they made a life changing, risky decision that left my son's leg burnt from his knee all of the way down to his ankle(also, all of the way around his leg...360°) with "deep 2nd degree burns". The other 2 boys were not hurt, but my son was burnt severely. At the ER, Dr. Smock was contacted and took over my son's care from there. What an amazing Dr.! He answered all of our questions(probably hundreds of them) with language that we could understand and always made us feel like we were not "bothering" him at all. Kind of like a "no question is ever a stupid question" mentality. His staff always made sure that we knew how to take care of his wound at home(quite a process)! Phone calls were always returned promptly. My son plays alot of sports as well, and he was honest with my son as what to expect when he returned to pitching/playing. He DID NOT "sugar-coat" anything for us and gave us realistic expectations in regards to his healing process. My son was extremely fortunate to have Dr. Smock enter his life during such a traumatic time in his/our life. I can't imagine the care we received would ever have been matched by anyone else. If you have a chance to "choose" a great burn doctor(for either yourself or someone close to you), choose Dr. Smock...best burn Dr. hands down.

Dr Smock is wonderful. He was so kind and informative when our son had a bad accident over the 4th of July weekend. He blew his hand apart, very scary for us, but Dr Smock not only repaired the damage, but did it with grace and kindness. Follow up care has been wonderful too. Thank you Dr Smock for being the wonder man and doctor that you are.

Dr. Smock saved my leg. He may be a busy doctor, who teaches the new generation how to help, but he will never make you feel like you are bothering him. He remembered treating my mother 6 years before I re met him in the hospital. I had other injuries so the chance of being his patient was one in a million. He will never realize what impact he had on my life by saving my leg. If you have a choice on what doctor you will have for a injury he deals with, pick him. Even his office staff is great. I have only good things to say about his work.

Dr Smock saved my life following my accident. I do not trust many people since my accident, but he's one I do trust. He is very smart and a very nice genuine person. He makes me feel comfortable and hopeful. I would highly recommend him. He is a top notch physician.

Dr. Smock is a phenomenal physician. He is professional yet caring and has a great bedsidemanner. He took excellent care of my daughterand we are blessed that she had such good care.

I had some small lesions removed (one on my chin). After only three weeks you can't even see where the incisions and stiches were placed. Dr. Smock is very professional and I felt totally comfortable through the whole process.
