Didn't even look me in the eyes, appointment lasted 10 minutes, apathetic didn't care. you're better off talking to a zoologist than this guy. staff was nice but he didn't even try. Too much of a god complex

I wouldn't even leave a star if I didn't have to. Never have I ever been so disrespected and disregarded by any doctor before. Wish there was a way to have his license. He has the worst bed side manner and blatant disrespect for his patients. The WORST ! WORTHLESS DOCTOR!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!! PLEASE DON'T SEE THIS DOCTOR!

Dr. Gerardo is a great doctor who listens and responds from a wealth of knowledge and experience. He has a specialty in treating seniors. His NP and PA are also a caring professionals. His staff is caring and attentive, especially Kee, who greets everyone with her beautiful smile and warm demeanor. My emails are always directed to the correct person and answered in a timely manner so that I feel a partnership in my healthcare. Covid protocol is followed so I feel safe there.

Does not listen. Refuses to address health issues. Did not conduct a physical exam despite the need. I'd rather take a family member to a veterinarian than to this "doctor.

Good Doctor, listens to issues and concerns. Seems to be very knowledgeable in his trade. He is highly intelligent, blunt, honest and to the point while still maintaining a degree of bedside manner with professionalism. His staff are just as quick and are all very nice in typical social interactions. Offices are well kept, clean, well lit and very easy to find. Would recommend as a Primary Care.

Lacks compassion, respect for patients, family members, and is outright rude. Our Mother was bought into if his office with a very large breast tumor. He subjected my aging mother to a mammogram. Knowing this would be painful, I asked him if an ultrasound sound could be done instead. His responds was rude, abrupt, and my concern was ignored. He also ignored my concern about her memory loss issue, which he witness in the office. He decided it was okay to let a patient with dementia to make her own medical decision. I would not take my dog to him for treatment!!
