Went in for a bone density study following an ankle fracture from a fall on a steep bank. The numbers were good and parts of the report say normal and satisfactory. But under diagnoses for the visit it says osteoporosis, and in the narrative under history it says postmenopausal osteoporosis. Both of which are incorrect, if the test results are to be believed. Pointed this out to the several departments and doctors as well as medical records and no one seems to be able to get this corrected.
