I’ve had my appointment set for over 90 days with Dr Feigenbaum. I’ve had request to confirm the appointment at least twice which I confirmed I get there today for my 945 appointment. Only be to be told. I don’t have a referral. No one said anything about having to have a referral so the receptionist pointed to my card my health card and says it says right here you have to have a referral. They never once told me to be sure to have a referral when they reminded me of my appointment so driving over here was for nothing. I think it’s ridiculous that their staff doesn’t call you or send you a message about the referral. I was there last year never again.

Do not trust these reviews! Only reason why all the reviews are so good is because they threaten you otherwise. They called me and explicitly told me that if I do not take down my review, I will have to find another dermatology. They give you the ultimatum. They told me that they are “uncomfortable scheduling me if I write anything other than a 5-star review.” Then, they explained that I will need to find another dermatology if I do not delete my review. I could not afford to given the strict timeline I was on for the medication, so I was essentially forced to follow what they wanted. It’s unfortunate they cared more about deleting my review than making sure dermatology patients get their medication. I suggest that if you want to leave any honest review that is not 5 stars, make it anonymous like this! Otherwise, you WILL be tracked down and threatened.

I visited Mid-County Dermatology and felt welcomed, heard, and truly taken care of. The entire staff was lovely, kind, helpful, and friendly throughout my visit. I would absolutely recommend them to all of my friends and family!

Everyone was so kind and Andrea, my doctor, listened to me and my whole story before making suggestions on treatments which many other doctors I've seen have not done. Glad I found an office that hears me and treats me so kindly!
