Everything from making the appointment to leaving after surgery was so professionally done! Dr. Kratky and his team do a phenomenal job of communicating with you and explaining the procedures. The office is top notch as well as how the procedure was handled. I highly recommend going here!

I saw Dr Bradshaw today for removal of a wisdom tooth, she was very professional and she explained everything thoroughly to me, I'm usually petrified when it comes to dental work but she made me feel very comfortable and she has a great personality.

I absolutely loved the entire staff. I knew my 4 year old daughter was not going to react well to leaving my side, due to previous experiences somewhere else. All the girls tried talking to her and help put her at ease. They were so gentle and kind even when she was screaming like a banshee. They gave us space and let me calm her down and talk to her before they took her back. And the recovery area they have was perfect for holding her as she came to, in the comfy rocking chairs they provide. My only complaint is that we can't use them as our primary dental office. They had us in and out in 30 minutes. We can't thank them enough.

I had two wisdom teeth removed by Dr Backer and had an amazing experience. First of all, it was very efficient that I could complete my paperwork before I arrived. When I arrived, the staff was all very friendly and helpful. I got back right on time for my consult with the nurse and Dr Backer to explain the procedure. Dr Backer took his time to answer my questions and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I was taken to the surgery room and again explained all that was about to happen. Dr Backer explained they were taking my blood and they do PRP to help with recovery. The whole time I felt very comfortable and at ease. I was very glad to be given the right medication to be knocked out and comfortable. When I woke up, I was not even groggy. The best part has been the recovery. I did exactly as they said with Advil and Tylenol, rest and ice. The next morning I woke up feeling amazing. I have to say I am very impressed with my recovery and owe it all to Dr Backer! I am impressed with the PRP. I am thankful for him and his great staff for making this situation the best it could be.

Dr. Urbanek and his staff are great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Urbanek pulled a tooth and it was way more comfortable and relaxing than I thought it would be. Highly recommend for any of your needs!

Midwest, Dr. Bradshaw and all the staff are great! Both times we’ve been, everyone was friendly, the costs were clear up front and the care was amazing. I felt completely comfortable having my son in their hands. They are all just so nice and helpful. I absolutely recommend!
