List of Natalya Rukhman's Reviews
I did not have to wait very long to see her. She looked over my records we discussed what was going on. She listened & suggested tests that needed to be done & what I can do. I had the test & I will be seeing her again. She was very pleasant & made me feel comfortable. I m not sure why she only had a couple stars** in her reviews? I was nervous to go to her at first to be truthful honest because of the previous reviews. But I definitely am not now that s for sure!!!
She is smart and caring and conscientious. Highly recommend this doctor
I ll likely get fired as a patient for this but it needs to be said. I appreciate that during my last visit the office manager met with me to talk about my review...that being said there has been no improvements on their responsiveness or level or service. I am attempting to get an insulin pump and the only thing we are waiting on is a signature from doctor Ruhkman...I ve gotten an email from omnipod stating they simply can t move forward because the doctor has failed to respond despite multiple attempts. They blame a slim staff for these issues but that excuse doesn t cut it anywhere else why does it work for this office? Sounds like your internal processes are broken for how you Mitigate inbound calls and emails and guess what..none of that is my fault
I have been going here for awhile, I was having problem getting prescription , my pharamacy would contact them for over three days until they would fill my prescriptions , I went almost 4 days without lantus because of them, you try to call and call and no one every calls back, I had to send a message thru my mercy and my prescription problem was never taken care of. So I canceled my appointment and I was looking for a new doctor, then I get a letter saying they can’t see me any more, crazy office
Dr Rukhman has exceeded my expectations with my care. She is professional and caring and I recommend her to many.
Very conservative in treating thyroid issues. She diagnosed me with hypothyroidism several years ago, prescribed synthroid to treat the problem. That brought my TSH levels up to near normal on the constant blood tests I had to get per her orders. So on paper I looked fine, but I didn't feel fine and I told her this. At least with me, she tended to believe I could have more energy if I would just change diet and exercise more, except I've done all of that, because there's nothing I would like more in the world but to have my normal levels of energy back again. There's also a ton of information about there about TSH levels showing as normal but patients lacking energy anyway and feeling sluggish. I asked for my synthroid to be increased but since my blood test again showed normal, she wouldn't budge. She's Ukrainian and I think she thinks she's still there because she's not very friendly, could definitely improve her bedside manner, and, I think most of all, she should LISTEN TO HER PATIENT. I'd love to "change my diet and exercise more" if that would only resolve the problem. It hasn't and it won't so she pretty much gave up on me and so I had to give up on her. I'm an educated man and an honest person and that really offends me that my doctor would just cast aside my thoughts on my own health and desperation for at least trying another solution. UPDATE: Apparently Dr. Rukhman didn't like that I gave her a poor review because I received a letter that I had been fired as a patient. I guess she thought firing me again was appropriate...as I indicated above she all but told me to find another doctor the last time I saw her. This is just another example of why doctors need to be held to the same standard as other professions / businesses. If you go to a restaurant and get terrible service, you can warn others that the restaurant provided you with terrible service. If the restaurant is interested in improving their business, they'll take the criticism to heart. If not, I guess they can use the Dr. Rukhman method and fire you as a customer.
I was a new patient and had waited 4 months for an appointment. The exact location was not left on the confirmation message nor is not listed online. I arrived 15 minutes late after calling the office 4 times over a 30 minute period (well before my appointment) and getting no answer to find out which tower and suite they were in. After going to bldg B, and finally finding the office in bldg A, I encountered extremely rude office staff. There were no other patients in the waiting room, and two office staff members were talking amongst themselves when i arrived. A sales rep came out of the back office and another went in. At that time I was told I'd "just have to wait", but they "didn't know how long." I asked if I was waiting for patients or for the rep to finish. The office staff said "The rep is just dropping off samples" I stated that I know that legally doctors have to sign for samples. Two members of the office staff said "No they don't" they then asked me if I left a voicemail" when I called. I said "No. I was in the parking garage and in bulding B trying to find the office address, so I was hoping I could call back and talk to someone to arrive on time" I was then told "Well you should've left a messge. You'll just have to wait. We will see if we can fit you in since you were late" Mind you, I called on my cell phone, which shows the date and time, but that wasn't good enough. It was at this point I knew that this was not an office I wanted to deal with. The staff I encountered is incredible rude, uncaring, doesn't answer the phone despite not interacting with other patients, and it is illegal for reps to leave medical samples without a signature.
I was her patient for a few years and she diagnosed me with hypothyroidism. Prescribed synthroid which stabilized my energy levels at basically low instead of no energy. I tried to exercise and maintain my weight but gained and she would give me amazing tips like "Join Weight Watchers" or "eat better". I told her repeatedly that my energy levels were low despite what the blood tests would say. She offered no solutions and basically cast aside my feedback.
Great Dr! Explains things very thoroughly and made me very comfortable. Answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns. Wonderful, caring doctor.
If you have thyroid problems, skip this doctor. She is dismissive of symptoms and unwilling to see patients as individuals.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
