I had a guest pass couldn't be any happier with my experience. Very professional friendly atmosphere! Lunch @ the Cafe was delicious.
I got a personalized massage with Michelle S and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! She really targeted everything that was tight in my body, definitely the best massage I’ve ever had! Thank you Michelle!
Palm is arguably STL's best-kept secret, tucked away in Ladue. The cafe is better than many restaurants, the staff treats you better than family and you'll leave feeling like you just went on a two month retreat to Hawaii. Want a spa day? Look no further. A James Beard-quality meal? You're in luck. They even have a gym.
AMAZING PLACE, every Day is a Spa Day. Everything here is off the charts. Mia is the Best massage therapist I have ever experienced. So Thankful my niece told me about Palm Health.
PALM is one of best places to go for medical care, wellness treatments and fitness. Recently, I had an rejuvenating facial at PALM and the results were excellent. I switched to PALM from a concierge doctor about 10 years ago and this led me to take a more holistic approach to my health. This improved my overall well-being. I'm thankful for the medical team at PALM.
So grateful for Palm, the staff couldn’t be more kind and skilled, such a beautiful facility with everything you could need!!
Absolutely love Palm and all the different classes they offer. I have my regular classes I attend but then it’s always fun to pop in and try something new. For awhile I worked with a trainer on handstands. Some days I just take the whole day to work out, grab lunch and then do crypto, the saunas, salt room and PEMF/Bio mats. It’s really my favorite place to be everyday and brings such a peaceful state of being to my life.
Not sure how I have been going to palm so long and haven't reviewed it yet! Palm is by far the best massage and facial I have gotten anywhere. Went here on Monday for a spa day and started off with an amazing massage from Bronson. This was then followed by a custom facial with Jody. My face was breaking out pretty bad prior to this facial and it has been soo much better since! After those services, I had lunch in their cafe, followed by the salt room, cryotherapy, sound focus and biomat. The sound focus was new and something I had never done before. I m still super curious about if it works or not! By the end of the day, I was super relaxed and ready to go back to work the next day! I love that this place does not do tips so check out was a breeze. My hope is to go back monthly and take advantage of my full membership. My only complaint is that the cafe is not open on weekends!
Highly recommend Dr. Jake Schaake for Chiropractic Care. I had one visit with him and still feel great days later.
I have been a member for six years and I have gained insight or growth for something different in my wellness journey every year. They first started with helping me with my migraines and GI issues, and then with a soft tissue disorder called EDS, mental health, and lastly with stress management. And then on top of it, it has given me such an amazing care community. My personal trainer, doctors, chiropractor all talk to each other and it is such a breathe of fresh air. Couldn't recommend Palm Health more - we are so lucky to have it in St. Louis!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
