I highly recommend Dr. Sadhu. She is very easy to talk to and takes time with you. She truly cares about her patients and it shows. Her office staff is always very prompt and pleasant to work with as well.
I’ve never encountered such a sweet and caring doctor as Dr Sadhu. Her practice team is just as wonderful. I’ve never felt like I was “just one more patient”. Contrary to other bigger hospitals, such as Mercy and BJC.I have had 0 issues with them. If your doctor or practice doesn’t include people like that, you should check with your insurance and see if she’s in network and ask if they’re taking new patients!😉

We discussed our blood pressure medicine, when Oliver my drug list to see if there was anything I needed. The video link saved me a lot of hassle of having to get a driver since I cannot drive yet. Thank you so very much for allowing me to have a video-based doctors appointment.

Dr. Sadhu is a wonderfully empathetic doctor who listens and helps in anyway she can. I've absolutely enjoyed going to her for all my primary medical needs.
DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! She and her office do not communicate well and she will get very defensive and rude if you question her about your treatment. When I confronted her about multiple times I had tried to call for advise or an appt., she became so offended and hostile that she didn't even complete my well visit. Completely unprofessional and extremely rude. She was so mad that I called her out, she forgot to order my yearly blood work, etc. I, also, am contacting SSM corporate office in regards to her shoddy treatment. Don't believe the 5 star reviews; those patients must not have questioned her enough. Always advocate for yourself! You are paying them!!
Dr. Sadhu is very professional and takes to time to listen to fully understand your medical issues and needs as a patient.

No issues. Been patient for years.
I had a positive experience during my appointment with Dr. Priya Sadhu, however, I am giving a two star review because her office billed me for a different type of appointment than I made resulting in additional charges that were not right and they refused to fix it. It has been over a year and I have made countless attempts to resolve the situation to no avail. Much of my time has been wasted and everyone simply tells me there is nothing they can do. If you take your car in for an oil change and then they bill you for a new transmission that you didn't receive, would that be acceptable - NO! So why does this office think they can do so?UPDATE: After 18 months, someone finally fixed this. Considering not one of the dozens of people I spoke with along the way notified me that it was taken care of, the charge simply disappeared from my statement and billings/collections threats ceased, I am not sure who to give the credit to.
I typically do not care for female doctors due to past experiences with them not ever having any bedside manner. Dr. Sadhu is definitely an exception to that rule. She is very thorough and never makes her patients feel rushed.

I wouldn’t Trust Her to Diagnose a Cold... She’s a Horrible Doctor and She couldn’t care less about what You have to say. She literally told Me to hurry up because She has 25 other Patients... Why would I care? I made My Appointment, I Paid for it, and I told Her exactly why I needed to be seen. What’s even crazier is I had Chest Pains two nights before our visit so I went to the E.R. She then told me at the Appointment that it wasn’t an Emergency... Really!? My Test Results say differently. Honestly She shouldn’t be a Doctor. Medical Malpractice at its finest. Or at least that’s how I see it and I’m sure a Judge will see it the same way.
Dr. Sadhu has been my doctor for years. I Love her interest in my well being. She listens and is very compassionate and understanding. If you are looking for a great Dr. please see her she is Wonderful 💜
Definitely DO NOT recommend her, very dismissive of questions and concerns will not be returning back or will be asking for a better doctor. Who takes questions and concerns more seriously.
While my family of 5 are still new patients, we've all had very good experiences with Dr. Sadhu this far. She is very kind and my kids feel very comfortable with her. My husband thought she was very kind and professional as well. She did not seem dismissive with any questions or concerns we've had like some of the other reviewers mentioned. So far, so good!
She’s a great doc. I have no idea why anyone would give her a negative rating. She’s always been polite, caring, great bedside manner, even made me laugh a few times! She’s been my primary for a few years and wouldn’t change at all!
I am no longer convinced that SSM has their patients' best interests at heart. I have been seeing DR. PRIYA SADHU since 2011 and she is always friendly but by the book. That's fine working for a hospital but when I needed her in my darkest hour, she dropped me as a patient and wouldn't even return a phone call as I was literally begging for help. I am a college professor and one difference between the two of us is I would always put my career on the line for any one of my students. She will choose career over any of her patients so be wary trusting her. My recommendation: Barnes Jewish.
After misdiagnosing my son, and leading him further and further down a dark path, he was finally able to get the proper diagnosis from an actual professional. She had actually been exacerbating his condition for years and we had no idea. When we needed help, we couldn't even get a phone call back. If you have strep throat, then I'm sure she's great for you. But if you are looking to build a rapport with her, just know she will ghost you when you are in need and it may be many years down the road. Just be careful trusting her with mental health concerns. I don't often write reviews but I am quite concerned for others who may trust their children with her. Note: this is my personal experience and reflects only the facts, not the overwhelming emotional dysfunction she has caused this family.
