He is one of the best dr.s I have for my daughter and we have a team of dr.s. He is confident in his work. He slows down when speaking and makes sure we understand everything. He is a man who takes control in the room and seems very respected by all around. My favorite quality about him is that when no other dr has answers or calls me back, dr. Grady will always take the time to personally call me and explain whatever it is I need!
