I've only had one visit with Dr. Patnana, but I found her kind, caring and patient. She spent time with me, discussing my concerns, and was accepting of my somewhat unorthodox approach to my healthcare, although letting me know when she disagreed with me. Time will tell, but I think perhaps what other people have reacted to is that she appears to be a "leveler" in her style of communication -- very direct and to the point. As long as there is mutual respect, I have no problem with this communication style. I detected no lack of respect in our exchange.

Dr. Patnana was my PCP 3 years ago but I stopped going to her.She didn't seem to listen, making snap decision and rush you out of the door, making you feel bad about telling her more information. Hopefully her bedside manner has improved since.

I have been going to Dr Patnana for about 14 years she is the best physician I have ever had. And I don't change too many doctors I prefer a woman doctor for my health needs. Sometimes people are having a bad day and we need to not take this against them.

Guys, Dr Patanana is a great doctor. She'll tell you what's wrong up front. I think people are misunderstanding that she is straight to the point with her being rude. She is so upfront and tells you what's wrong because she cares about you. I highly recommend this doctor.

yes, My wife and I have been her patients for over 10 years. I recently had Covid and she got me right into St. Luke's and everything is getting better. She's great!

This woman should not be in any field that deals with the public let alone medicine! She is argumentative, arrogant and dismissive. She spent more time fixing her clothes and looking down at herself then listening. I would never recommend her to anyone.

I really like this doctor, when I see her she takes her time with me. When I was having an issue she gave me her cell phone in case I had questions after hours. I felt like she genuinely cared.
